I needed some CE2's so I found what I wanted at Goodejuice.com Only I went looking around the site and didn't realize when I went back to order I wound up on the wrong page. Instead of ordering 510 3.0-2.3 ohm CE2 clearomizers, I purchased 510 3.0-2.3 ohm CE2 cartomizers. I discovered my mistake about 5 hours later when I saw their order conformation email. I emailed them and asked if they could just swap the cartomizers for clearomizers because they had the same price and shipping, before the package was mailed off.
I didn't hear back from them at all. The next day I got the email saying the post office had received my package to ship out. They didn't swap the units.
Looking back on the site I noticed the CE2 Clearomizers were very low in stock around 22 and the CE2 Cartomisers had over 70. I think they purposely did not reply to me because they wanted to sell the cartomizers because they are not big sellers. They just ignored my email and sent me the cartomisers anyway. At least that's the impression I get.
They say on their website they always return e-mails and do it as soon as possible. I'm still waiting. I think they could have sent me a message saying they cant switch the cartos because it already left their place of business heading to the post office or something. Seems they could have done a little more to keep a first time customer.
Anyway, I'm not sure about these folks but I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt. Anyone else have either good or bad experiences with them?
