Tell me, did I screw up my order or am I ok?

I ordered a MAP tank last night from MostAngryIndustries. They were out of ce2 MAP tanks but had just the empty tubes with caps for cheaper. As the site says "Have some blank cartomizers collecting dust? You can pipe cut out the XL CE2 and use this blank tank for all day vaping. " Which I know how to pipe cut something I figured hey I'll just order the CE2's from madvapes and have a decent set up. However after watching a few videos I saw that the map tank has a piece of tube that fits the top cap where you insert a drip tip?? I think?? Is that just a piece of cut CE2 pipe or is it something special? Has anyone ordered the blank map tank because on there site it doesnt specify whether or not it comes with it. Any help is appreciated guys.

I think its just a cut piece like you are going to use on the XL Ce2s to make them fit.I had a map tank and thats what they looks like to me.As long as your drip tip fits in the piece and the piece fits in the top derlin cap hole. Thats all that matters.

I really think you do need it b/c it sits on top of the Ce2 and if its not on there it wont wick as good? I might be wrong on this but I know a few times I had the metal piece down to far almost hitting the top of the Ce2 and wasnt getting a really good vap so I ahd to move the piece up. What I would do is go to here and post and Bruce might even send you one for free hes a really nice guy. Just post a thread there and he will answer or other guys will answer to help you out also. I have a black delrin cap for an original MAP tank if you need one, just PM me an addy and I will send it to you, it still has the metal piece in it. I see MAP probably at least once a month. I also have a Brick and Mortar I go to here in Socal so I can get parts for them any time. I am using the new Dual Coil MAP tank now so I am not gonna miss it for a bit until I can replace it

Oh yeah, reason I only have one is because I tried to modify it a bit for a large cartomizer and totally screwed up the second cap LOL.
