Received tracking number 5 days ago still not working yet......

Where'd the tracking number come from? If within the US (i.e. USPS, UPS or FedEx) you should see an update within 24 hours once the first scan takes place. If outside the US (Hong Kong, Singapore etc), it can take 3-7 days from what I've seen and that's if you're lucky. When I ordered some extra 18650 batteries from Singapore via DealExtreme, it took about 9 days to get an update from SingPost because their site was always having issues.
That's most likely why. Sometimes when coming from overseas it can take a while for an update to come through. Once it's in the US, if it's coming through USPS, you should notice an update. The only time I've received zero updates is when orders come from Singapore because SingPost doesn't update anything once it leaves their country.
Was waiting on HK to update on their site, it finally did 6days out. The order that shipped after it, posted in 48hrs lol. Apparently they just forgot about the small package till FT called them. (hey this my 400th post!)
use www.17track.net to track that HK Post shipment..and click on "Details" on right side after U input the tracking #
szot thank you was already using that tracker. I showed same as HKpost tracker did so nothing up till the 6th day. But it is fine now it has already left HK.
