Anyone having problems getting orders this week?

I placed an order for myself & added a starter kit & supplies for a friend that wanted to try this out after hearing how I like the product & services that V4L has. I placed the order on monday & the site still says proccesing??? I've never had to wait more than 3 buisiness days before & that was when I ordered over a holiday.

Just wondered if others are having this problem this week. I'm getting a little annoyed....

I do have a ticket opened because I wanted to edit the order within 3 minites of placing it. I couldn't select the tobacco sampler pack for the pack that came with the kit. Now when I try to view the status it does nothing.

I'll pm you my order & ticket #'s.

It's funny you post this, because I've never had any issues and ordered my juice on March 1st for V4L. My orders almost always arrive in 3 business days, but somehow, tracking shows it in Washington state. I'm in NC so I don't know why the package decided to go west. Down to a couple ml of Kamel!!!!!!

My father-in-law's starter kit took over two weeks to arrive. It showed up the same day his replacement kit arrived. The original kit's bubble mailer was torn open and all that remained was an empty V4L box. USPS just taped it back up and eventually got it where it was supposed to go. We wish V4L would have UPS as another option for shipping (or at least use flat rate boxes instead of bubble mailers), because the post office kinda sucks these days!

USPS has been having some issues with what I believe to be sticky postal fingers......I have seen WAAAAAAY too many posts where the package was opened, taped and contents empty....a few here and there is one thing, but as many as I have seen and now stated above and empty kit box.......I'd be throwing a fit with my post office.....not that it is anyone in the local office....could be, but any one of them along the way......

I haven't had anything opened and taped back yet from USPS, but I know people who have. I guess mistakes do happen. Worst case scenario, I have to take some of the bonus cartos with me out of town this week.

Twice I have had my orders go astray (This in a year and a half with sometimes 8 orders a month lol) Once it went to San Diego and took 5 days instead of the usual 3. The other time it went to Washington, and took 7 days. It happens.

Once I was watching an order and for 3 days it said they had received the notice, but not yet received the package and it had not left Elkgrove. On the 3rd day it arrived! But the tracking still said it hadn't left Elkgrove yet. It said that for 2 weeks (I kept checking just for fun) then was gone! Lots of strange things happen in the Post Office!

Still waiting on my first order for my XL starter kit although I received the second about 3 weeks ago. If customs had hold of it I would have had a letter by now so getting a little concerned. Hopefully it will turn up this week before my 3rd order of juice and carts gets here. Like I said in a previous post some sort of tracking number would be helpful.
