Anyone having problems with e-cigs.co.uk ?

Hi deewal,

I actually got my DSE901 and other stuff on the 29th of Dec, it was just with the liquid stating in stock along with all the other items i ordered and it not turning up seemed a bit wierd, maybe just a mistake on the site and it actually wasn't in stock (guess it was their most hectic time of year after all) after all the positive replies by the forum members, i'm a happy womble again

Yep, Simon is a star! I have always had super service from him. He is not the fastest Emailer in the world but when it comes to shipping and sorting out mix ups he is a rocket. He does care an awful lot about his customers! Hang tight and worry not!

I recieved an e-mail from Simon today explaining that he has had some packaging issues with the JC sample packs and has temporarily suspended sales of these packs and is awaiting further information from JC.

Gave me a full refund (i never asked for one by the way he just did it) top bloke , and i wouldn't hesitate in using him again
