The way I understand it is that Patrick has received 1 out of 4 shipments.
He will not sent out orders until he received all 4 shipments.
Who knows when that will be.

I cancelled my order this morning and received a refund.

Maybe in a week, or a couple of weeks he will sell them from his website, when he actually has them in stock.

I have received most of the order & items are shipping!
Please be just give me a little time to process these orders,
as there are a few hundred of them, and it is just me.
Not to mention, because of people not looking at the site to check,
I have to stop every 10 minutes or so to email people or refund orders, etc.

I do understand everyone wants their order! I do!
And I am sorry for the wait. I was made a lot of promises too!
So if you just try to give me a few more days, your order will be at your doorstep!

If not, I understand. I have no problem refunding your order, as this stuff is like Gold now. However, I would much rather give it to you
for your patience and that you paid such a great price.
I will also have stock up on the site next week, after the orders are filled.
However, the prices will be somewhat higher, as e-liquid with
Nicotine is coming to a close after this stock is gone.

I will be selling Non-Nicotine products after this, as I do not believe
there will be Nicotine products available in the very near future.

I originally ordered 1 of his 901 starter kits and a bunch of liquids. At that time, I planned to wait for his liquids to arrive/start shipping so that it all came at once. After waiting a full week, I contacted Patrick and asked to have my liquids cancelled and to include a second 901 kit (for the wifey) so that my kit could be shipped ASAP via USPS.

He emailed me the next morning with a tracking number....BUT....I have no liquids in my order anymore. My tracking number doesn't seem to generate any info through the USPS website :confused:

But please be professional about it and just request one from me please. Spreading rumors is not helping the situation for anyone.

Patrick........I think from a customer perspective I have been quite professional.I'm not a member of this forum who focuses on spreading "rumors" by any means.....If you can give me a tracking# on my order placed on 02-22-09 all will be good with me...and i'm sure a few other members here.I am willing to wait a day or two longer to recieve a confirmation...in keeping with good faith......Sincerly! The wiz!

ooops...sorry for the confusion. I had entered one too many digits when I was using the USPS website:oops:. Unfortunately I coppied/pasted an extra letter.

Now that I am using the tracking number properly, it shows that it is enroute to me.:D Just hope Canada customs doesn't hold it too long.

Can't wait to vape!!

Okay.... I can totally understand getting overwhelmed with orders on this thing, I really can. And I have been VERY understanding in every email I've sent checking up on the status of this stuff. However, there is one part of this that has finally gotten right up my nose!!!
I can't remember exactly how it was worded, but does anyone remember the stipulation that was added near the end of the sale about the 5 bottle sized order? As I recall, we were told that these smaller orders would be the first ones taken care of in exchange for a lesser discount and no free shipping. I took him at his word and made the mistake of putting all of my eggs in one basket. I placed two ten bottle orders. On these, I have had no problem waiting just like everyone else. I also placed a 5 bottle order at a smaller discount, and paid 6.95 shipping! As I recall, I should have had that order in two weeks tops! I've contacted him a few times explaining how I'd kind of put myself in a bind by taking him at his word on this. Still, every email was both pleasant and supportive.
I am still waiting for a shipping confirmation email on any of these orders and I'm bored with being nice. The guy has promised things on several levels that he hasn't delivered! Were it not for the fact that I am sitting here with no liquid on hand thanks to him, I'd cancel my order in a heartbeat!
I should have followed my gut and canceled my order after we heard from Steve! Now there's no way out without costing me another week without juice at best.
Now, if by some chance I misunderstood the promises made reguarding the smaller orders, someone please point it out to me.

I do remember a mention of smaller orders being taken care of first, but dont remember a 2 week maximum (not saying it wasnt there, I just dont remember it).

As bummed as I am that this order has taken so long to get, I find it hard to get too upset with him over it, as Im pretty sure it was understood that the product was not on hand at the time of my order, and with ALL the issues going on recently involving these things and juice shipments, its understandable that there would be some delays.

If I even for a moment thought that he's just been sitting on his hands doing nothing for the last month, I'd definitely be upset, but I'm fairly certain thats not the case. He's kept in good contact throughout this whole ordeal, and hell, $79 (shipped!) for 200ml of a large variety of juice is still a hell of a deal.

Has anyone received shipping information from from the portion that he received on the 18th? anyone? Here is a good rumor for ya. Exactly what is it that you are doing to these liquids by way of "processing" that has kept you from shipping from that first batch?

Oh I'm with you on all points HW, it is one hell of a deal! However, I emailed him on the 11th, and asked point blank if I should bite the bullet and buy some liquid elsewhere to carry me through. This is a quote from his reply email, also dated the 11th.
"I am very sorry, this has been a very difficult shipment as stated on my website.
I am expecting UPS shipment today per my supplier, and will starting shipping immediately.
I will get you smaller order out first."


I took this information at face value and chose not to purchase even more liquid from another supplier and try to tuff it out instead. Two months ago, I went from two plus packs a day, to zero. I have no desire to loose that progress, in point of fact I refuse! But I've never claimed to be a cold turkey kind of guy and I ran out of juice FOREVER ago(lol, or so it seems). Some might suggest that this has left me feeling a little grumpy.

Yeah, I would probably be upset over that email as well. I would like to hope he truly did expect a delivery that day, and wasnt just blowing smoke (steam?)...

Yeah, the more I think about it, thats a pretty bum deal. Keeping in contact is one thing, but being open and honest is about the status is crucial.

Yeah, thats part of what has me so (not) steamed! I very much want to take him at his word myself. It is just very difficult to whith UPS online tracking being as accurate and easy to use as it is these days. I know if I were in his position, I would have been hitting the refresh button every 15 minutes on the ups site until it got to my door.
