Okay.... I can totally understand getting overwhelmed with orders on this thing, I really can. And I have been VERY understanding in every email I've sent checking up on the status of this stuff. However, there is one part of this that has finally gotten right up my nose!!!
I can't remember exactly how it was worded, but does anyone remember the stipulation that was added near the end of the sale about the 5 bottle sized order? As I recall, we were told that these smaller orders would be the first ones taken care of in exchange for a lesser discount and no free shipping. I took him at his word and made the mistake of putting all of my eggs in one basket. I placed two ten bottle orders. On these, I have had no problem waiting just like everyone else. I also placed a 5 bottle order at a smaller discount, and paid 6.95 shipping! As I recall, I should have had that order in two weeks tops! I've contacted him a few times explaining how I'd kind of put myself in a bind by taking him at his word on this. Still, every email was both pleasant and supportive.
I am still waiting for a shipping confirmation email on any of these orders and I'm bored with being nice. The guy has promised things on several levels that he hasn't delivered! Were it not for the fact that I am sitting here with no liquid on hand thanks to him, I'd cancel my order in a heartbeat!
I should have followed my gut and canceled my order after we heard from Steve! Now there's no way out without costing me another week without juice at best.
Now, if by some chance I misunderstood the promises made reguarding the smaller orders, someone please point it out to me.
