Anyone here on the list for the late Feb/Mar batch of DNA30's from ShanMods ?

So I havent heard from her since the purchase, however, she was very responsive prior to my purchase when I was asking her about the products. I was getting replies pretty much right away email after email but now, nothing. I figure shes very busy trying to get everything together and probably getting tons of emails. I found some old threads regarding her other products, mostly dna 20s, and I know she is trustworthy etc but damn can I at least just get a status update or something? More importantly I chose to get the graphic upgrade and thats what I been emailing her about and want to make sure she gets it right you know. Does anybody know if she clarifies everything with you regarding the graphic or do I just explain it best as I can and she sends it out once its done?

That would make me nervous, regardless of the situation.

Not responding to customers is not a good business practice, and 3 weeks is ample time.

She got a bit backed up after a death in her family. She's been a solid contributor to the community for years, and this is probably just a little bump in the road - I'd think she'd be back to business as usual soon. Try contacting her on Facebook - I've heard she's responding quicker on there.


You never know - when you're in the mod buying game, you're bound to get burned at some point.

edit: I was on wrong fb...damn I guess shes going through some stuff. I had no clue as I dont facebook at all and I feel for her but its kind of a weird situation for the buyers.
