no probs ian i will get a couple as soon as i can i really love vaping i dont ever want to go back on the fags i should be able to pull myself around in the next couple of weeks then i can look back at this last couple of months as a nightmare then i will make a big batch of juice and get some gear together for emergencies never know when i am solvent i may even be able to go on the upgrades heres hoping anyway:vapor:

As soon as you get yourself sorted and you've got some spare dosh, just let us know what you're looking at for upgrades, we can probably give you some good tips on the stuff.

Are you still ok for juice Ron ?? I'm going more onto 18mg juice now instead of 24 mg. So I can probably sort out some 24mg for you if you need it. I'll be going through my juices on my next day off, so if you need any just shout out :D

I knew i should have stayed away from this forum... I'm already seeing various mods & attys that i think i may need in the near future!

Although I dont understand it all that well, i like the look and the rapidly growing reputation of the sophia. It appeals to me even more as you can buy replacement coils for it without the need to DIY. Not hugely expensive either and you use them in a carto tank so seems right up my street.

I've just done a quick fasttech order aswell today - nothing that i need urgently so i dont mind the wait... 90ml of liqua menthol, 60ml of liqua berry and 5 1.8ohm replacement heads for the protanks. I know the service isnt always great and you can have a very long wait before you get your stuff, but cant complain when it's so damned cheap.

They probably post your order out after the 5th Feb mate. There's a note on the site about it, but you've probably already seen it ;)

If you fancy a trip over to Rochdale in a couple of weeks, I can do a coiling session with you if you want Cody. I've got 4 days off (14th-17th Feb). We can get some micro-coils set up if you want. I know I said I'd do a tutorial, but my phone is bloody terrible at taking pics. If you want to meet up, just let me know mate

posted your bits and bobs this morning ron, so you should have them in a day or 2. I have just been lurking for the last couple of day`s as i have been a bit rough (touch of man flu):(

It's cos the Wife keeps hosing you down in the back garden mate, I knew it would end badly

As long as you're feeling better now Terry that's the main thing :D

Okay, back from the dealership. They gave me $1200 for the crap 2001 Saturn with the transmission going out and the alternator light blazing for 2 months =] Instead of the low-slung Saturn, I am now driving a BATTLESHIP of a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS. Now I have a car payment and my insurance went from $360 a year to $964 a year :/ I'll get used to the height and the sensitive breaks & steering, but my vapegear purchasing is now at an end XD

I had a Santa Fe myself as a courtesy car a few years back, when my Hyundai Coupe was in for it's free first service. Nice motors, with plenty of extras, I think you'll be happy with it Lisa. Plus you'll be able to keep going when everyone else gets snowed in.

Just don't let Hubby pinch it again

Well I guess you are right on the hording. I still have (from 2009/2010) old 510's, carts, blue foam, 306's, some cig pack chargers, etc., stuff the N00b's would know nothing about, but can't seem to throw it out, might can use it for something someday.

What's this blue foam Burnie ?? Us short term vapers don't know what it is

i know what you mean everyone who smoked at work now vapes our other factory is the same after spending some time onsite with one of them. even converted one of the contractors that comes in. and the mother-in-law she loves it now vapes 0mg after a lifetime of 2 packs a day.
the wife is different she has had a go a couple of times but it doesn't last. i live in hope that one day she will fully switch to vaping but don't push it because it has to be her decision.

Yep it's a great feeling mate. I've turned into the Bus driving Vaping expert at our place. When anyone wants some advice they always seek me out - I should start charging a fee

Maybe the Missus just needs to find the right flavour. Has she tried a few different ones Daz ?? Like you say though, it's best not to force the issue. I know myself, I only took up vaping when my Wife stopped nagging me to give up smoking

Yeah i am ok now mate thanks. I think i just had one of them 24 hour bugs, started yesterday then this morning i was nearly sick (retching like mad) but nowt came up. Anyhoo like i said before i have drunk plenty of soda water today and fell lots better.

I think the blue foam what burnie mentioned is what you use as a filler for tanks such as the spheroid, not 100% sure though.

Well it's that time of year for getting sick mate. People are constantly coughing and sneezing, so there's bound to be loads of germs flying around. As long as your getting better that's the main thing.

Did you not have any alcohol with the soda water, purely for medicinal purposes obviously

That brings back memories mate. When I was a teenager we used to spend hours in the Yates' Wine bar in Rochdale supping gallons of Aussie wine. Happy days :D

Well here is a trip into the past, where vaping was hard.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cartridge-mods/58690-b-f-d-cart-mod.html

This is just one of the threads, all the nice stuff you have now did not exist. This was just for one cartridge, there are threads for all different ones. Also there was the use of tea bag paper for cartridges, but it always leaked for me. Back then it was a battery, low mAh, atomizer, and liquid in a cartridge, there were no tanks. Some just dripped on the atomizer, put a blank cartridge on and vaped that way, but you could only do 3-4 drops at the time. This was the time frame when the REO was created, squeeze the bottle to put drops in the atomizer without dripping, and still popular among some today.

I'm getting OLD.

GunMetal Vamo S - I have named this sexy beast Darth =] Much less cumbersome than the regular Vamo shape and weight... I am loving this bugger already =] This little dripper isn't up to the Vamo's capabilities, so I'll be rotating toppers until I find something that does well with it :/ Any suggestions? The juice is from the classies and is from Fuzion Vapor... Poison Apple is delicious.

My buddy put Darth together for me and used $27.56 Vamo V4 Variable Voltage/Wattage Mod / APV - chromed brass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping for his Vamo S

Have you got a link for the sofia cody ?? so we can have a nosey :D I have also got another 60 ml of the berry mix en-route, so when that arrives i will have about 100 ml of the stuff.

here's a link to the Sophia terry... the atty itself is £50, then the tank is £17, but i know of people using standard carto tanks - just changing over the o-rings for the slight size difference.

Sounds like a big insurance hike! My insurance went down a lot when i bought a newer model car - i was told it was because of the safety features. Anyhow, Hyundai have a good rep for reliability these days so should keep you motoring for a long time :)

I just vaped the last of my maxx blend from LT, so i give the taifun a good clean dry burn and new cotton wick. Loaded it with desert ship from the same vendor.

I have to say that it is very pleasant, I am crap at describing flavours but for a tobacco it is like a earthy peaty sweet date flavour. I hate dates, but i like this liquid a lot.

That is a blast from the past mate, using a straw inside a tank with aquarium foam  Having said that though, if someone had told me 12 months ago that I'd be vaping on a cotton or SS rope wick, I'd probably have laughed at them too. It's amazing how the vaping world progresses in such a short time. Wonder what the next big thing will be.

That looks great Lisa, really good looking mod. I've been using the RSST, aga or one of the Kayfuns on the Vamo. They don't match colour wise, but it's good to be able to up the wattage with different juices.

Looks like it will be easy to handle too, you got a great buy there :D

Sounds like a big insurance hike! My insurance went down a lot when i bought a newer model car - i was told it was because of the safety features. Anyhow, Hyundai have a good rep for reliability these days so should keep you motoring for a long time :)

I think the insurance has probably gone up with it being a bigger 4x4 mate. But as you say, Hyundai's have a good reputation. I had my Hyundai Coupe for about 5 years, great motor and never had any major problems with it. Plenty of toys too, which I always go for in a car :D

If you're free that weekend just let me know and we'll sort something out. The Friday, Saturday or Monday are probably best for me, cos I usually go for a family meal on the sunday. So if you can make it, it would be great to meet up - I'll get some cake in specially

Is it a sweet date type flavour mate, like the ones you get on holiday ??

I'm the same, I always struggle trying to describe flavours.

its always nice to find a nice new juice :p

With a bit of luck, I'll go through my juices on Sunday and get some posted out to you mon or tues Ron. I've got an extra 2 days holiday next week, so I should be able to sort them out for you then mate :D

thank you ian that would be great there is nothing in ths world that i would prefair over vape mail does that make me a sad person or is that a sign that i have caught the vaping bug

I'd say you've caught the vaping bug Ron. You know you've got it bad though, when you intercept the postie at the bottom of the street and empty his bag onto the pavement - just to check if there's any vape-mail in there 8-o:laugh:

Yes mate it is actually a lovely vape (puffing away on it right now) as i said i hate eating dates, but when they are in say a christmas cake i love em.

I know you don`t do tobacco`s Ian, but if you are curious it would be well worth trying a 10 ml sample.
