Mines not quite down to the wood, but it's easier having short hair, last thing I need is getting up at 4am to start work then have to mess with my bonce  Number 4 is about half an inch or so, that will do for me.
That's similar to why I keep mine long - tie it back and pin it at night and brush it in the morning!

Love Lord of the Rings, I tend to re-read the books at least once a year, best story ever written - or should that be best world ever created :D
Next time it's on TV, I'll try and watch it ....I have a TV in here but often just listen and peek around the easel now and then. A film needs more attention :) I have heard good things about it though!

The strawberry frenilla sounds very tempting. NT use their own flavour extractions from vanilla beans to get the vanilla bit too. That's the thing with them though, they'd rather do short runs and get the product perfect than mass runs and just throw whatever in there to make up the numbers.
Makes me glad I got two bottles of the Absolut Crème the other day - it was max VG! Let's hope I like it :)

GVC gave me a few problems a few nights ago, so Wednesday and Thursday I stuck with CV Mint Choc Vapetto, Posset and ABC. Much better now. Thing is, I had used some NT GCD in the PG/VG mix the day before, so that won't have helped either. I have the zero max VG in that now, so will mix the two.

Sounds lovely doesn't it mate. I may have to buy some just for the name  I remember seeing "Monkey ...." a while back too on another site
The picture they used looks revolting! Just looked through them all - some I sort of recognise the name of but can't think where I saw them.

Isn`t she precious  I will stop there now trish, cos i know you aren`t less than one minute old. :D
If you say so ;)

Only kidding you trish, i know it was that ian AGAIN
...if you say so ;)

Pull up the drawbridge while I'm gone won't you, don't want this thread going downhill again

Night all.
Nite ...hopefully, we'll look after the 'house' 'till you get back :)

Him last night ? An Absolute nutcase, what was he trying to prove ?

Well, I hesitate to even talk about him, but to be honest, I don't think he even knew which planet he was on!

I placed a small order with Fasttech today: an airflow control base for the 30S (make it behave better), some tips I think may fit the Protank, and just maybe the 30S's, some coils for the 30S's, another Unitank and a small (short) 350mAh Ego battery - I'd only added things in stock, but when I checked out, a few were 5 days! Still, never mind, not really urgent.
I was offered the Singapore post option even with the battery! I'd expected that to be rejected.

Think I've got an iffy coil in my mini Protank at the moment - tastes sort of foisty? I've never had a bad coil before so not really sure - do I just chuck it away and use a fresh one?

It`s always hard to tell people what to do with coils trish, a lot of folk rebuild them, but if you aren`t into doing that YET just replace it yes.

....definitely something mind bending! ...did you see where there's a - (ah! it didn't like the ca-n-bis word!) spliff e-cig ?
Plus, this is annoying to read - just what we need to have the 'anti' brigade even more vocal!:

What do you mean 'YET'? That's something I can't be bothered to do!
I seem to have got a decent amount of equipment (batteries and tanks etc.) and am getting there with a fair number of liquids that I can use, so buying a few packs of coils now and then won't worry me much!
I'll throw the fusty/foisty coil away! :)

To be totally honest with you trish i have known about the mail article, probably a lot longer than them, there is plenty of video`s on you tube showing how to do it. ( not that we are interested ). I used to do it, and have had fun doing so but that is all in the past now.:vapor: HONESTLY :p

I would store all your used coils in a tablet bottle people are always looking for them and 1 day someone might just offer to recoil them for you trish they are great with cotton in them MMMMMMMMMMM
Oddly enough, I just throw them in my old ashtray on top of the shelf! :) I only kept it because my son bought me it in Paris around 25 years ago!

I never tried any drugs at all - it was the one thing that really scared me when it came to smoking and alcohol. I don't even like taking anything prescribed by the doctor!
I can see how the determined would use the e-cigs for such a stupid practice, but really disappointed to see the Dutch company producing those!
I suppose it's no different to what they already do by rolling their own, but to associate it with e-cigs when they get so much controversy already is exasperating!

Personally i did the usual experimentation stuff trish, Started smoking at 13, boozing at around 15, joints and coke around 19 !! Still like to partake in a tipple now, and on the very rare occasion the odd spliff. But i do roll my own, and would never consider doing it any other way.

It is not vapers who give vaping a bad name, but the people mentioned in the article. I am an old hippy at heart, and think that what you do in your own house is your business, but to corrupt something like e-cigs is in my opinion is disgusting. But having said that we are only human, and all open to corruption, and corrupting.

I agree with all of that - let people live their way in peace!
E-cigs are the biggest breakthrough since we first got picked at about not smoking. Yes, they aren't without problems ..look at me! But, I'm trying hard to get past the obstacles I've had with it rather than smoke again, and I do wish people (particularly government and advisers) - most of which don't even know the facts about them - would stop their naysaying and start thinking sensibly about what they're trying to take control of.
If they aren't careful, they'll throw the baby out with the bathwater, and hundreds of thousands will miss out on an easy way to stop smoking whilst others may start using all manner of spurious and questionable rubbish!

Yep, as you say it is the naysayers who need educating trish and not us. At the end of the day though, we are all at the mercy of the toss pots, ( politicians ) and the big baccy companies, Who, the latter being, are trying to get a foothold in the booming business of
vape. The good thing is though trish,:D we are at least 20 steps ahead of them all.

All agreed again! :)

I'm wondering, seeing the government expects us to trust the word of the medical profession, they so far seem to be ignoring the very welcome and valued research results done by our eminent scientists and health professionals!

I see today that Marlborough have joined the e-cig crusade! ...not for the good of us though!
Let's hope we can stay ahead!

Loved the bikes! Thunderbird, Bonneville, R Rocket, Goldstar etc. ...all of them terrific! Much heavier and more positive feel on the road too compared to modern ones ..our eldest got a Japanese make around 10 years ago and I hated it: felt as though I'd be thrown right off the back!
I was a bit of a free spirit back then though ...more of a mod at night when it came to the music side of things :)

My bro went through all those, started off with the Beezer, then the RR, followed by the Bonny, TBird and finally the Goldie, then he got married

Hmm, thanks ...I do think it's nice to 'see' the people we're talking to, but in my case, it doesn't sit too comfortably ...I'll see - may replace it with something else
I don't even like going to my own gallery openings and prefer to take a back seat.

That's why I always use a proper piccy - so that if I ever meet up with people they will know what i look like.

...oh, it feels like I've been in that for a while now since I stopped smoking!
I haven't been near one since 2000 - I just cut an inch or two off mine every now and then. Eldest son uses clippers too: typical police officer cut - down to the wood!

Neither have we, I use the clippers as well, got a pro set, No.1 on the facial and No.2 on the top, I also do the wife's every now and then - hairdressers are too expensive these days, even just for a cut and blow dry.

Yours is vaguely familiar so I've seen it somewhere, but I've not seen Terry's before. Sort of spooky :) I haven't seen or read Lord of The Rings. Most sci-fi I normally see is Dr Who! Book-wise, I'm more into spies!

I've seen the films on TV, but not read the books, love Sci-Fi, Detective, Thrillers & Horror, Fav authors are Dale Brown, Lee Child, Tom Clancy, Patricia Cornwell, Clive Cussler, James Patterson, Terry Pratchett, Ian Rankin & Kathy Reichs

Meant to say, NT are going to release a new batch of two types of Frenilla:
We are (quite literally) mixing the following, today:
100 liters of Frenilla in NZ, 6, 12, 18
40 liters of Strawberry Frenilla in NZ, 6, 12, 18

To be released on or about 7-8-2014

Frenilla is on my list of one to get, presume that is 8th July and not 7th Aug as Yanks always put month first.

Managed to accumulate enough FT rebate points to spend, so have ordered quite a few new tips including a couple of those wood ones that you didn't think much of Terry.

On the drugs bit I tried ........ when I was a lot younger (once only, never again), and like you Trish, I only ever visit the Doc when it is serious, and don't like taking anything I don't have to, apart from my meds for Angina I only use Paracetamol and Loperamide Hydrochloride, when needed.

News front, I don't know why people believe the rubbish that is printed in them, I haven't bought a newspaper for over 20 years, most of them should be put out of business, and the Daily Fail is the worst of the bunch, a load of Fascists, they were supporters of Hitler just before the war.
