Got a reply from FT within 24 hours, apologising about the problem I've had. They've asked me to send it back and let them know the tracking number. They'll issue a refund/replacement as soon as I confirm postage. They will return it to the manufacturer so that this problem doesn't happen again - now that's what I call good customer service

This tiny little Paps Lux is still impressing me, can't believe how well this thing hits. I would try my drippers on it, but to be honest, the threads on the drippers aren't the best, so I'm just using them on the KTS.

To be honest, I'm tempted by the chi-you, so it's a good job it's sold out. I reckon you'll be impressed with the X9 mate, so far I'm on tank load no.6. Each time different flavours and I only cleaned it out when I first got it. Have done a couple of dry burns though, the stock coil is lasting really well

6 tanks on one coil is pretty good mate. I suppose it depends on what you vape though, i have been on the same coil in one of my evod`s for about a month now. With the citrus mix, not even cleaned it out once.

Looks like I'm gonna have to order some more mods then

I've had 6 different types in the X9, fruits, desserts and now I'm on my DIY choco/caramel. It does hold a fair amount of juice too. A month on an Evod is pretty good going mate

next time i build new coils for the evod`s i will try the ribbon should be interesting to see how it performs.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you mate. From what I've read about the ribbon, it does look like a massive step up from normal kanthal. I've really got to try out my new ekowool, problem is, I've got some cr*p shifts coming up at work now

I forgot to tell you Ian***WARNING*** when you get your ribbon, don`t do as i did when i first opened it. i took the sticker off the end and just put it down while i grabbed my clippers.

It was like watching something from a cartoon zing ping it went off like a coiled spring. bloody wire everywhere.

Needless to say i was a bit peeved, it took me ages to rewind it, kinks as well which i will just have to get rid of as i come across.

Don't worry mate, I've done the same thing myself with an electric window motor for a car one time. Back when I had the garage, bloke brought it in, cos the motor was making a funny noise and going really slow. I thought it was a bad connection in the motor, so took it apart. There was a huge spring inside that popped out and took out one of the lights in the garage and narrowly missed one of the windows. Luckily, the motor was fried anyway, so had to get a replacement. I honestly didn't fancy trying to get that spring back in, if the motor had been repairable.

Scared the bloody life out of me when it happened

I am guessing they will just send you the batteries you ordered (free of charge)

Edit... you will still enjoy your vamo, even with the sony`s
