Looking after my Step-daughters cat for a few days at the moment. Keep having to remove cat hairs from my drip tips :(

Surprisingly though, for a cat that is very unsociable, she fell asleep on my knee last night. Today, we've not seen her at all, she's asleep in the kitchen on one of the dining chairs :D Did my rayon wicks in the kitchen earlier, sat 2 feet away from her. She looked up, saw it was me and went back to sleep again

 I hope that isn`t a touch of sarcasm,trish. :D
Terry, if ever I'm sarcastic, it won't be as subtle, and you won't need to wonder  No, not at all sarcastic ...sincere :)

Did you get your base juices from chefs trish, pick them up i mean. ?
Rather than go to the collection office on a Saturday, I arranged re-delivery online ...then had to wait until 2.20 today for it to be delivered  At least I now have it!
They were out of stock of all VG, PG and nicotine last time I looked -more expected though according to Karl last week.

Found myself getting a bit wheezy last night, so before it got any worse, I took an instant dissolve Clarityn ...worked pretty well! They're a one per day type, so I'll take one in a short while & see how it goes.
I hadn't touched anything with much PG in it yesterday, but had used a little bit of 0.6mg GCD mixed with Confusion. Seems the cinnamon and small amount of PG in the GCD was enough to cause a slight problem. (I do have some zero nic. GCD in maxVG so I'll try a bit one day soon to see if it does cause a problem). I feel like I'm my own guinea pig!

Reason I went for an Android phone, I had gone through Nokias and Blackberries, didn't want anything made by money grabbing Apple, and Windows was too similar to W8
My initial choice based oh independent reviews had been the moto E or G android and I wish I'd stayed with that! May have been easier ...who knows.
I have (so far) found my way around this pesky phone ...all I want now is for the :-x thing to work! Grrr!

And these companies wonder why they lose customers - I think I would have demanded my £69 refunded and told them where to stick their service, unfortunately looks like you are a captive audience if no other company can offer a decent signal.
Seeing my number and £69 credit has been hung in limbo for a week, I didn't follow my urges to take it back - would have done otherwise!
Eldest knows better than me which give the best coverage, and he's on a beach in Barbados right now! Thought I wouldn't bother him with mundane stuff.
I'm supposed to switch it n every now and then to check if it's working ..can hardly bring myself to do so! Too disappointing!

I've just been watching and listening to the flight radar landing an A330 from London there! I find technology fascinating at times!

On this planet, there's very little intelligence  This forum is the exception obviously ;)
Too darn right! :)

Hopefully the LMP should taste better in a while Trisha. I'd be careful with any juice that has even a hint of tobacco Trisha, tobacco juices take longer to steep than any other. So you might not taste the tobacco at first, but it could come through stronger at some point. To be honest, I'm pretty much set in my juice choices now. I'll still try a new one occasionally - usually courtesy of my mate Terry

I know a lot of people have had problems with Orange CS, but for me (touch wood) they've been just fine. I've had a contract with them for more years than I care to mention, but to give you an idea, my first phone from them was the size of a house brick and everyone couldn't believe how small it was

Think I'll resist the Strawberry Frenilla on this run. I've got loads of strawberry based juices right now, I'll be turning red in a bit
I'll try the LMP again!
I'll see how the ACB steeps over time - Clark has said that his deep-steeped one does still just taste of caramel/cream, so I'll just have to see. I've got the Wakonda too, and it's a rather nice one, but does have a light tobacco bite to it ..can't use it anyway as it's a PG mix and I'm steering clear of them as much as possible for now.
I haven't found a strawberry that I find interesting enough to be honest, and seeing most of them give me problems, I'm happy to call it quits with that flavour.

My first Orange phone was a huge yellow brick ...weighed a ton to cart around London all day! I've had three phones all transferred one to another over the years and this is the first time I've had a problem with them ...they are EE though now.

Why thankyou Trisha, I'm always a Gentleman when Ladies are present
You're welcome :)

Aw - it's probably feeling abandoned! With our two dogs, when we're out, the big one goes to sleep and leaves the tiny one as look-out!

I'll get those coils sent to you soon ...just haven't got around to packaging them yet! :)

It certainly does seem that pg is the problem doesn`t it. Why not keep pg free for a good few days, and see if your breathing improves at all.

Well ALL my atties are now running rayon, that's a total of 21

There's a few in the vape cupboard that I hardly use, so they can wait for now.

Noticed I can put 12 drops in the dripper without any problems, whereas before I could use 6 drops, 7 maximum.

It certainly does mop up the juice Ian, Woderful stuff ! I will probably do a couple more kayfuns tomorrow as well. :)

Most of the un-intelligent life forms seem to end up on my bus

I know it's a pain with all the hassles you keep having Trisha, but stick with it, it will all come out good in the end. I know it sounds a bit gross, but do you never get the "VG snots" ?? I find if I vape a juice that's more than 50% VG, I do tend to get a bit of congealed white gunk in the nose. Sorry if anyone is eating. 50/50, no problems at all :D

I remember back when mobile phones had separate batteries in a satchel. Used to cost about £2 for a 10 second call, oh how technology has changed

No rush for the coils, whenever you get chance to sort them out. You don't have to clean them either Trisha, I'll have to dismantle them and I'll need to give them a clean then anyway.

It certainly does mop up the juice Ian, Woderful stuff ! I will probably do a couple more kayfuns tomorrow as well. :)

I'm actually looking at a big dripper now, I can use that much juice while dripping. Been looking at the "Stillare" on FT, seems to have a nice big deck area, small lip and large post holes. I'm looking for one to use the twisted ribbon on, which is really thick stuff, so I'll definitely need a dripper with these features - any ideas mate ??

And it certainly is WODERFUL stuff mate

I reckon you won`t go far wrong if you got a trident Ian, Nice fat deck, with slots for your wire.

To be honest the cat seems to have settled in perfectly. Only took about an hour before she seemed right at home. She's the sort that will only come to you, when she decides she wants to. For some reason, she's staying clear of the Wife, she's latched on to me instead, probably because I've been feeding her, or maybe it's my animal magnetism

Cheers mate for the tip, I'll have a look on FT later.

The twisted ribbon wire, is about twice the overall diameter, compared to a normal coil, so I'll need plenty of space so it doesn't short out anywhere. So when you build a 2mm micro, it's more like 4mm outer diameter. I don't mind drilling out the post holes, but if the coil still touches the deck or the top cap it's still no good :D

I think you would get away with doing that with the trident mate, but double check the deck diameters. Also you wouldn`t have any trouble threading the coil legs, as they are slotted. :)

Not been near any today - not too bad so far! Only used the Posset and Vapetto until now.
Seems to take a couple of days to get back to normal after I've had a problem with stuff, so pretty much OK for now! :)
Just using some SDC mixed with a bit of Confusion now.

Got a reply from Fast Tech - seems the hold-up was the 30S coils which are now apparently due end of the month, so they packed everything else up and sent it today :) Brilliant! They really are good with queries!
Not waiting for coils as I still have 4 of them and don't use the 30S's much.

Must admit I do have an interest in that sort of thing myself. I've always been intrigued by the fact that the Universe is the size it is, but we still haven't found any other inhabited planets. Or at least, the type of inhabitants that we expect :D

We can't be the only species around, but whether there is any intelligent life, only time will tell

As others have said brass posts could be an issue. Looks easy to fit wicks, but is the system robust enough to stand the test of time. I'd like to see more pics inside the top cap to see the juice control system. I do have juice control on the Ithaka, but I just unscrew the mouthpiece to expose more wick, works just fine. I'll be honest, brass doesn't bother me, but the juice control is my mine issue. I would honestly wait for a few reviews first, before hitting the button, just to be on the safe side :)

Wasn't thinking of getting one, I'm no guinea pig  and anyway I would prefer it in SS

Mine's been asleep nearly all day, spent a couple of hours in my den, curled up on a couple of padded envelopes, then went on the bed, still there now.

I've got this one and found it pretty easy to set up, and it has quite a big airflow control which turns easily, and you don't have to anchor it to a mod to get the top off either.

EDIT: Another one worth a look at is the Caterpiller by Smok, can be had fairly cheaply over here

Thats good news then trish, as doctor terence said before, stay well away from pg for a looong time and see if the problem goes away.:)

Might just get a Trident and a Stillare, their cheap enough anyway :D

I've decided that I'll eventually flog some of my unused stuff on ebay after my hols, that should relieve the guilt of buying new stuff

I could even get a 28mm dripper, the deck size should be massive, might look a bit odd on an ego battery though ;)

FT are great with queries, might take them a while to reply, but they always do get back to you. Good result with them splitting the order too Trisha :)

Crikey, you lot have been getting into deep discussions on here!

I've been looking at various pipes for the last couple of days. Weird as i've never been that interested in them before, but really taken a fancy to them lately, but takes a lot of searching to find something that i really wanted. Anyway, i eventually found something that i really liked the look of and have put an order in... whoop whoop, havent had any vapemail for ages, although its going to take some time before it arrives!

Well if you do find any intelligent life forms, please let us know Bob, I'm getting a bit lonely

That's the exact stillare I've been looking at, the Caterpillar looks interesting too, cheers for the recommendation.

I'm not really a cat fan, but the one we're looking after is no trouble at all - apart from my hairy drip tips ;) She doesn't hang around my feet, never seems to cry and just seems to amuse herself all day.

Seriously though, what type have you bought mate ?? Some of them look really smart with all the different wood types.

Anyway, I'd better go now. Got a 4.15 start tomorrow, so I'd better try and get some sleep, need to be up for 3.30 am

Night all.
