Cody, there is no way i would pay nearly £40 for a kick. I know safety is important, and i know you say you don`t want fasttech ones, but why ?? They are absolutely fine mate 5-12 watts at a fraction of the cost of the links. Just remember cody the ones you have linked are probably from fasttech anyway. :)

I've got a fasttech 5-12W one in the post for use in a nemesis clone. I agree with you I didn't wish to spend £40 for an evolv one and UK vendors selling cheaper ones looked either exactly the same as the FT ones or similar. I also noticed that FT sell a slightly more expensive sigelei one advertised as upto 15W but there were loads of reviews and discussions saying this was wrong it only went to 12W.

Has anyone ever heard of these shorting on the side of a mech mod anyway? I read somewhere that you can shrink wrap them yourself (a la Kick 2) if you're that bothered.

Also I've been letting those chefs vapour juices steep and have now tried most of them. Very nice overall. I asked if they could include recommendations for number of days to steep each (which they did) but I have found the flavour has improved since then so maybe they are more of a minimum steep time.

Twisted is very nice, been vaping that in an RDA and get a really nice, almost juicy 'mouthfeel' from it.
ABC is nice and smooth, have only tried that on a lower power so maybe my RDA setup would give it more of a kick.
Fluffy nuts I've tried in both (although I think the coil in my RDA was too low ohm and it burned a bit maybe) and is nice and sweet like ABC but with a slight fruity sharpness.
Mint Choc is pleasant but maybe not as chocolatey as I was expecting, although it has improved so maybe it just needs more steeping.

Haven't tried ry-..... yet.

Where FT are concerned its not so much about the safety - just the wait and the arsing around if its not in stock, tracking not working, etc, etc.

You have reassured me though - I will get the myepack one :)

:) did you get the Twisted with the 'coolness' added? Mine has it and it's lovely.

The Mint Choc Vapetto is probably the one I use most of any other ...I've had quite a number of 30 and 50ml bottles now. I always ask for max VG, and find I can use it right away, but as you've found, they also improve after a few days or so. To me it's a darker, cocoa type chocolate, and I get quite a full chocolate taste with minimal mint, plus the waffle cone. I use mine in a mini Unitank or mPT2 on an MVP2 at around 7.5-8 watts.

I didn't find enough flavour in the Fluffy Nuts, but I do like the RY ..especially with a bit of Confusion added for extra creaminess. I always have some of that mix in a tank.
ABC is another that I always have a bottle of ..nice on it's own or mixed with others.

If you like lemon cream, the Posset is another I currently use every day.

Er, not sure if mine has added 'coolness' as I ordered them in the pic n mix deal, I hadn't noticed there was that option until I checked the actual twisted listing now. They are all 50/50 pg/vg. Thanks for the posset recommendation. Going to have to try the RY at the weekend I think.

Until more vape mail arrives (FT) I'm using them either on a mech mod (my single micro coil atm is about 1.3ohm) = 13.5W with a charged battery OR my evod which if I recall gives out 3.7v when charged so with the stock 1.5ohm coil = 9W?

Looking forward to having that VV/VW capability to experiment with but at the moment I quite like practising rebuilding coils to aim for a different resistance/wattage. I'm new to rebuildables but can make a decent micro coil by wrapping on a screwdriver and squeezing it after pulsing on the mech mod. My significant other thinks it is all a bit bizarre at this stage. But definitely prefers the smell. She keeps saying our living room smells like cookies.

I like them that much i have three of them mate :) One in my nemmy, one in my chi you, and the other in my atom. All perform flawlessly with no shorting. I read the same reviews as yourself, and you are correct there is no difference between the authentic and the clone, with the exception of the authentic one seems to be a tad wider, and some people had to sand the deck down.

I think you'd notice the coolness if it was in yours, particularly on the exhale ..it's subtle but very nice. I actually bought some Twisted ice creams to compare - spot on!
If you like a pleasant, smooth caramel sort of taste, you'll like the RY! Mixed with some Confusion, it adds a touch of fresh cream (IMO).

I also love the Jamaican ginger, but it clogs the coils up! :D ...nice with ABC in it too!

I'm not in to building coils ..no patience with things that fiddly ...I like plug n play ;) I may have a go at changing the wick some time soon though.
Even after 6 months, my family still regard it all as a bit of an oddity, but my husband likes the smell of the Strawberry Vapetto and knows he's smelling a fruity ice cream!

You may have seen the Steamgunk liquids on CV's site too - I have a few now and already love the Frution ...I can taste a mouthful of Rowntrees Fruit Gums ..especially the black & red ones! Loads of vapour and I get a noticeable TH too :)

Drat! I knew there was something!

:D I have just cleaned out one of my kayfuns and filled with blue moo from MT baker. Now this is a real full on blueberry muffin flavour :) I got these juices at 50/50 with an extra flavour shot, and if i am honest it doesn`t need anything extra it is absolutely FULL of flavour.

I hope the others i got taste as nice as this one, If they do MT is definitely going to be a keeper. Came to about 26 quid for 75 mil delivered.

Terry, how long did it take for the MT baker stuff to arrive mate ?? I was looking at their juices before I first ordered from NT, but some of the MT baker juices got mixed reviews so I held off ordering. I know it's a case of everyone having different tastes and all that.

But with them being so cheap, I'm getting tempted again

Did they massage the value too for customs ??

I've been putting loads of stuff in my FT wishlist the last couple of days, so I can check them out properly when I get home - might just be the sun and beer affecting my judgement, but I need to be sober to check them out properly

You'll probably find the longer you leave the juice the better it gets. I've got some Grants Vanilla Custard that's getting on for a year old now and it just gets better and better - just like a good wine

Most fruit flavours only need about a week to steep, whereas tobacco juices need about 3 weeks steeping. But the longer you leave them, the better they get.

I'd agree with Terry on that one mate. They all do the same job and you don't need to spend a fortune to get what you need :D

Don't worry Trisha, I'll get round to sorting your coils out for you when I get back home

Bob, that bike looks like a lovely ride mate, apart from the chance of getting splinters

Sounds good! I've never yet found a blueberry that I liked! Tried both the CV ones and some other make, and they all tasted bleh! to me. Think I may be more of a blackcurrant person! Blackcurrant Vapetto sounds good! Yeah! :D

I need to get some overtime at work first when I get back before I go spending. But beer goggles do make things look more appealing

The coils will be one of the first jobs I do when I get back :D

Off for a few beers now. I sound like a right lush

Awreet Ian,

Took 6 or 7 days to get here mate. I dunno about them massaging anything, but i didn`t pay any duty on it. Well worth trying a few Ian, can`t really go wrong at them prices. I know i have only tried one out of the five, but i will try a couple more tomorrow and post back. :)

Now get back to your beer, been p**sing down ALL day here.

Well today didn`t go quite how i planned it to. First of all the SD&C started tasting meh in the rocket, so i thought clean, dry burn, and new rayon will sort that out. The bloody coil shorted on me, so when removing it, one of the tiny screws came out of one of the posts. Took me half an hour to get the bugger back in.

Anyhoo, i built a nice new micro which came out @ 1.5 ohms. Filled her back up, and she is back to her yummy self. :p Problem is, i had a clove oil mouthwash before i started vaping it, and i can`t taste a bloody thing . Yep having two teeth removed next week  And boy i am NOT looking forward to that.

So anyways, only had time to do one more of my kayfuns, I filled this one with MBV blood orange. Hmm, gotta say this is another very nice vape, again full of flavour and i am certainly getting plenty of juicyness with it. So out of the two i have tried so far they both get a big :thumb:.

Is this a result of the toothache you had ? ....are you getting sedation? I had it for a fair bit of work (along with the .......) (numbing stuff!) and thought I'd been there 10 minutes: turned out it had been an hour! They gave me that first and then the ......., (numbing stuff!) so I didn't even feel that being done!

Nice! That's two good ones you have so far! I've never found an orange I really like - I'd like to fine a semi-sweet, creamy one.

Yes trish, i went to the dentist last week and had the scan-xray etc. i knew i needed one pull right at the bottom/back, as it has been loose for ages, but there is another one @ the top right at the side of my bridge which also needs to come out. So it`s looking like it will be a long process, as i will need a new bridge making for the top. as for the bottom arch, i already have 5 missing down there, plus another to come out, so if he can i will also have a bridge made for them. Failing that i have been thinking about implants for the bottom. And yes as for the sedation, i think i just may request that, thanks.
