Ok. So yeah as far as I can work out Pictor is correct. 40ml of 12mg/ml would do the job. I was wrong with my initial calculation of how much zero nic juice would also do the job. You would actually need 13.33333 ml of zero nicotine juice to reduce your 40ml of 24mg/ml to 18mg/ml and you'd be left with 53.3333ml of juice.

Source: http://calculator.tutorvista.com/dilution-calculator.html (This only works for adding solutions with a concentration of 0)

Also given my education background I should really have known this without having to look it up haha

Now don't make me work out how much 6mg/ml juice you'd need.

Ok well I've done it out of interest. You'd need 20ml of 6mg/ml juice. There must be an easier way of doing this than the way I just did.

So in summary:
40ml of 12mg/ml
20ml of 6mg/ml
13.3333ml of 0mg/ml

I quite like little maths brain teasers like this, but it's one of those that's easy to work out using 12mg/ml, and logically should be easy for 6mg and 0mg, but start thinking about it too much and it can get very confusing! ;)

Terry - hope you are feeling better soon mate. I cant cope with anything tooth related. A few years back i had to have a tooth out and unfortunately the dentist didnt do a very good job and a very sharp piece broke off and embedded itself in my gum. It was so small and at such an angle i couldnt see it, and the gum actually grew over the top of it - the pain got excruciating to the point i couldnt sleep at all and was in agony. The dentist was a complete ..... and wouldnt prescribe me any kind of pain killers because it was against her personal policy so i had to go to my GP to get some.

One day driving back from work the pain came in such an extreme wave that i thought seriously if this does not subside i am going to take my speed up to 100+ and plough into a lamp post (it was a country road with no other cars about). Fortunately the pain did subside, but it was way way beyond my threshold for about 5mins. A few years previous to that i'd had an abscess too and went to see the emergency dentist as mine was closed. They told me that because of time limits they could sort it for me but without anaesthetic - i told them to go for it and they just pierced the abscess with a sharp metal needle type thing - painful as hell, but nothing compared to my other tooth related catastrophe!

I can be like that too ..and especially with things like PIN numbers ...think too hard and it's gone!

Some health professionals, and I say the term loosely for some, seem incapable of comprehending the pain levels and/or thresholds of individuals!
Pain can be a terrible thing when it goes on too long. I once endured such intense pain for a considerable time that I've had very little pain threshold at all since.
I'm now extremely wary of doctors & hospitals, and dentists aren't my favourite thing at all!

Well I hope you're all sorted tooth wise by now Terry :D

The Wife has a mega high pain threshold, she can have teeth pulled and fillings done without any anaesthetic at all  The last time she went to the emergency dentist to have a filling redone, it was only a young guy, she said he was more worried about doing the job and his hands were shaking at first, cos she didn't want numbing. She basically does some deep breathing for 5 minutes and lets them get on with it. I need the full knock out gas and tying down before they can touch my teeth

Ended up having a different Chinese last night - won't tell you what though, cos it's not fair on my mate Terry :laugh:

Right off for a shower now, this bloody sun tan lotion gets everywhere

Amazing! My Dad was a bit like that too - just told them to get on with it!
Has she recovered from the fall mostly?

I'm exactly the same - wouldn't even let her poke sharp things in my teeth for a check until I'd had the sedation! At least she went along with that! :)

If you can possibly do so, don't worry! ...and we'll be thinking of you! :)
Thankyou trish, It`s nice to know that :)
My instinct is telling me an equal quantity of 12? - perhaps need someone to verify or correct! :)
Yeah, funnily enough thats the way i was working it out. What i would like to do ideally though, is just get 10 ml to add to the 40 ml, so if i added 10 ml of 0 mg Would that make the 24 mg into 20 mg ?? Roughly speaking.

Aw thanks trish. :) Yes i was in and out really. In the chair and numbed and only waited about 5 minutes before he pulled them both. I honestly never felt a thing, he is really good. The one at the top was still sensitive after the injection, so he pumped some more in, waited a minute or so and i said right go for it, so he did.

Some vapemail from FT has apparently touched down at heathrow. Can't be too long now right? <awaits response nervously>

Depends where you are, usually a couple of days for me, here in London

Mine has been sent back to China for some reason, it left on 30/07 and returned on 03/08 (translation not good):

What you waiting on dw ?

Several orders, including a couple ordered maybe a week apart but stock delays mean one is about a day behind the other (which I find amusing).

iTaste SVD, kayfun lite plus v2 clone, magma rda clone, a few bottles of cheap hangsen juice to try, a few drip tips, another mini protank 3, some empty bottles as I might try some sort of DIY juice soon, the generic 12W kick and a 510 ego adapter.

Will have to stay away from FT once these orders get here.

Probably most looking forward to trying the kayfun but that won't be here for a while yet.

Oh my! Is it the first time that's happened?

I just had two small packages delivered yesterday and today - took 18 days each.
Still got one to come ...well two really because I split the order with one item being 5 days, the others in stock. (only drip tips)
