No, lets keep it that way mate  I just had a look at postage, and if i got a 30 ml bottle from the states it would cost me $18.00 and $18 odd for shipping !

As I said will only be worth it for large orders of $50+ of juice

I do remember you saying you would have a gander later bob, but don`t remember you trying it  How does it compare too grants ??

It was later that same day that I tried it, it's nothing like GVC or any of the Custard types that we normally know, it's a very sweet taste of vanilla, custard and a couple of other flavours that I can't put my finger on, maybe honey, I know it didn't take long to empty the mini nautilus that I put it in.

That I think was definitely OTT and she shouldn't have enquired "how much", that was none of her business
To be honest my answer to her first question would have been "paper of no value to anyone but the recipient, I just want to ensure that they receive it tomorrow"
Neither of us are in a good mood right now, so I'm surprised he kept his temper as much as he did! I reckon I'd have told her to mind her own business about the value of the cheque.

They really need to be trained in how to ask the appropriate questions, like for SD where there is compensation involved for non-delivery, they need to know what the value of the item is and especially if an expensive item, but for items that have no intrinsic value and just need to be delivered the day after posting, then they don't need to know unless it is a restricted item
She was told it didn't matter as it was purely for next day delivery, but still the questions came!
Think of the lady at the next window who was asked what sort of children's clothes were in the package!
We may have some new directive in place about what is being sent, but we could say anything really ..or are they getting like customs and likely to open any package they see fit to? If this is so, we've heard nothing about it on the news!

Can you not do a search on the Sky box for the programme and see if it is in Catchup? if it is then it will download it into your planner and you can watch it later.
I don't know Bob. I don't think so because our Sky box is virtually antique! Doesn't record or store anything. I've often said it would be good to get a newer one, but he says he doesn't need anything else - I hardly ever watch anything on Sky because I can work on other things and keep track of things on TV at the same time in here. I think the Renoir film will be shown on some of the other channels at some point though, so I'll watch it then :)
I wouldn't watch the Turner film though ....Timothy Spall isn't an actor I particularly like.

The post office clerks are getting as bad as doctors receptionists
Except I tell them to mind their own business and they can't insist ..the post office could refuse to take something I suppose! Something really needs clarifying on this.
My husband flatly refuses to go to that post office again!

at what stage do they stop being e cigs and start being cattle prods
Ooh! what a frightfully good idea! I could do with one of those!

Glad you liked the hat Trisha  Fog on the inside saves you having to draw the curtains at night
Very Chic! It's definitely the cold windows because no internal glass gets fogged up! Still, it's easy to clean off :)

Mmmm chocolate cake. Bet that would be good mixed with the coffee too :D
Yes, it probably will! - and a few others!

I got the e-mail too. Not really something I'd order though, shame really cos it's a great name for a juice :)
If it's anything like Virus, it doesn't taste like tobacco - I'm just not sure though because I haven't tried it.

I have tried the MBV Vanilla Tobacco today and it's really nice -again, not a tobacco taste. It's an odd vanilla though - sort of fragrant but rather nice, and not overly sweet. I actually think I'd get this one again.

Also, yesterday I tried the Highbrow Caramel Cake - it's very nice too. It's another that does mix well with something like the Tiramisu!
That just leaves the Cheesecake left from the 6 Highbrow owns I got - only one that disappointed me so far has been the Limoncello, and then only because I'd like a more powerful lemon.

They'll arrive after Xmas probably
Well, it'll be something to look forward to  ...best laid plans and all that - mind you, he didn't say which Friday!

They've got the new Kanger Subtank in now I see :https://www.fasttech.com/product/2010104That's one I'll definitely be keeping a close eye on :)
Think I saw the Aspire version too the day before?

I saw that one too mate. To be honest, it peed me off a bit - more bad press for e-cigs. What they failed to mention, compared to laptop or mobile phone charging fires, e-cigs are in the minority.

The one in the pub, I'm pretty sure that some beer might have been spilled or the wrong charger used. If you notice the battery was being charged pretty close to the optics too, it would only take a drop. A lot of the time they fail to mention human error. I'd never leave any battery charging overnight either, all it takes is for the overcharge protection in the battery to fail and that's it.

Anyway rant over. It just gets to me, the one sided anti e-cig programmes :(
I don't like how reporting for e-cigs etc. is so biased ...I'll bet half the journalists and newsreaders use them! Also, they rebelled against Westminster/The Commons being a no e-cig zone too! Not sure what happened with that one.
Accidents happen with most electrical items from blankets to washing machines. They get more fires from other items than they'll ever have from these batteries!

That would be nice if the wood was on the outside, and the aluminium on the inside
I saw that today.

Just take the sleeve off and vape it naked mate
 Sheesh!

Nah, I like the slug look better bob, like the other one with it`s kit off :p Have you tried the goose juice yet mate ? I was just looking at the price difference between spiritus, and buying direct ! Dunno what the postage would be though if i bought direct.:)
Try one from Spiritus first ..mine lost it's flavour because I didn't use it fast.

Digbys Juices – Mum’s Custard

Kingslayer - Kraken Ecigs
If you buy any, give me a shout and i'll come round and vape it for you aswell
Ha-ha! You'll get used to that ...Terry doesn't 'do' searching don't you know! ;)

Cheers bob, if i do decide to try it i will use spiritus :) Although, george has now turned my attention elsewhere :D

Bob, please stop this right now. I can't have any more temptation before Christmas

Seriously though, some of those are stunning :D

I first saw a YouTube review of the Mukaton (the wood only one) and thought what a lovely mod, then looked at their FB page and I think the Sturmträger - Cloud (literally means Storm Carrier) is the best, would like that one with a DNA40 in it, but looks like it may cost around $300/£200 + P&P so

Have you thought about complaining to your MP asking if they have changed the rules and why nothing has been in the press about it, could also email your local paper stating the facts and see what they say about it. I've done the former on different occasions about other things, mind you my MP has CLOUT as Deputy Leader of the Opposition :)

Yes, a new HD box would be needed, if you pay a monthly subscription you might even be entitled to a free upgrade - worth asking about.

What to prod the Counter Clerks

Think I saw the Aspire version too the day before?

I got one of the Aspire Atlantis from a UK vendor and for those of us that like sub-ohm coils, it is not too bad, but doesn't hold much juice. These makers really need to concentrate on designing top filling so that half the tank is not wasted when you turn the blinking things upside down to fill, the Anyvape Peakomizer is a good example of how it should be done, or the Erlkönigin is another

I don't like how reporting for e-cigs etc. is so biased ...I'll bet half the journalists and newsreaders use them! Also, they rebelled against Westminster/The Commons being a no e-cig zone too! Not sure what happened with that one.

BEKO comes to mind with all their fridges or was it freezers causing fires, and it took them ages to admit there was a problem and even longer to recall them - another manufacturer I would not touch with a bargepole

Ha-ha! You'll get used to that ...Terry doesn't 'do' searching don't you know! ;)

Not as though it is 'ard to do either

Haven't tried the Kraken one, but the Digby's is nice, I have a couple of bottles in the wardrobe and some on the go mixed with Digby's Apple & Cinnamon Pudding in the Atlantis, the ACP is quite strong so needs the MC to sweeten it and make it more creamy.
I can't order Digby's - they have no option for max VG, but the Kraken does come in .3mg 75%V G, so I ordered 4x10ml bottles to try them.

Yes, I could do that - our MP is accessible and very nice. I was thinking of an email to Royal Mail and also Sky News ...would have done both today but been a bit tied up with stuff.

Yes, a new HD box would be needed, if you pay a monthly subscription you might even be entitled to a free upgrade - worth asking about.

After the last 12 days, they'll be at the end of a queue, but yes, them too! ;)

I very much doubt sub ohm will be on my list to try, but it's nice to see new things appear. I have two of those Mega MOW tanks and it always looks 1/3 empty once turned the right way up!
I saw something odd at FT today ..it's a sort of mega MOW tank but only 2.5ml and no air control, plus battery, but the battery is stated to be 1900mAh ..and no VV/VW! Suspiciously cheap too for that.$20.96 Authentic KangerTech EVOD Mega 1900mAh Rechargeable Starter Kit - 2.5ml / 1.5ohm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Both our friends and us bought black Beko condensing dryers 4 years ago and have had no problems with them. We got them because they looked the closest match to the LG black washing machines we'd got - the LG one wouldn't fit in either house as it was the same big size as the washing machine. the Beko was an excellent black match.
Worst thing we've had in recent years is the Stoves oven we got when our new kitchen was installed - it was exactly what we wanted, black glass, neat and had a brushed steel rod type handle that matched all the cupboards and drawers. Far more expensive than we'd intended, but seeing it was the first kitchen we'd ever planned and chosen ourselves, we got it. First thing was the circuitry panel needed replacing and it's never been good since ..it began tripping the electricity out so we had to leave it switched off and hold our breath each time we used it! Got so we hardly touched it because the BT automatic line management detected the drops as a line fault and capped my BB speeds! That oven was replaced just over a week ago!

Not as though it is 'ard to do either
True, but it's just a Terry quirk!

Any news on your Cloudhouse juices yet, Trisha ??
Well, they're on their way! ...about all I can say - everything seems to be taking much longer at the moment.
On the press preview earlier, there was mention that Yodel have stopped accepting any more deliveries because they have more than they can cope with!!! Not very good planning on their part!

Nor I, but I suppose he cant be any worse than Kirk Douglas in the van Gogh film
Haven't seen it.

which is a shame as Turner is probably my favourite artist
but I haven't seen any of your work yet Trish :D
I do like Turner very much. My real love lies with the 17th/18thc old masters of still life. But, we saw some enthralling Rembrandts at the Gulbenkian in Lisbon.
Try a search for: trisha master jacksons - should bring up an interview done last year :) Has a link to my website there too.

Now we know where the avatar came from :) - I went to an exhibition at Llewellyn Alexander once when I was working at Waterloo, as it was only across the road from the station, never bought anything though, most of them were well outside my pay grade
