Well, my package was returned to FastTech sometime after 10/11, it was reported that 'someone' put new shipping labels on those packages and sent them back through HK. Now they are all unaccounted for because whomever used the new shipping labels failed to take note of the tracking numbers :/ So... many of us have packages that are unaccounted for. I have not been offered a refund at this point, I am just waiting to see when my turn comes. It's only been 2 weeks, after all, and in all honesty I've never done much more than see HK Acceptance change to DELIVERED LOL
