Yep we call them "twirlies" over here  My sister lived in Sowerby Bridge for a while or as the locals call it "Soaby". It's a lovely place, I could quite easily live there myself. I used to go fishing there pretty regularly when my sister lived there, the local kids used to come and chat with me when I was there. But unlike the kids round here, these were well behaved, polite and respectful.
That's how my Dad & his family pronounced it. My Aunt Barbara and Uncle lived on the moor above the wool mill in Sowerby - such a dreadful smell from that mill as we passed.
I used to love visiting there though.

Clark's a master mixer as far as I'm concerned. If my flavour extraction is half as good as his, I'll be twice as impressed
Yes, I'm realising he's not just another maker/producer - more an artisan craftsman.
I just wish he'd do a max VG version in them all! I've just tried three 18mg diluted at 15-20% with a max VG such as CB or the CV's Confusion, and while they're really good, I'd love to be able to use them on their own- particularly H1N1 at the moment, and also Frenilla for it's single plus mixing capabilities.
The Got Cookie (Oreo) is out tomorrow and I'll get an 18mg bottle again to dilute with something.
Your flavour extractions can't be bad! At least you know how to do them, and after all, he had to start somewhere!

Those are good postage rates from CV :)
Yes, shows a bit of thought for their customers.

Nice thing about living down here, it's only "twirly" on National Rail within the Zones, everything else we can use 24/7
Looking at the many sparsely patronised buses we have, I see no reason that they couldn't do that all the time here. I doubt we have many routes with full buses even at rush hour.
I know when I used to spend a week in Wimbledon frequently, if I wanted the better fare price on the tube (and a more peaceful journey) I had to wait until 9.30am.

:danger: Trisha, remember when we were talking about TV ads a while ago ? Well i was just watching the victoria plumb ad, where a woman is singing to her fella through the shower screen, and you know what - she looks just like you
Right off to clean under the bed now

Back on topic, i am going to clean a kayfun first, and try the Berry creamy from MB, smells really nice that one :) Tomorrow i will try the coffee one in a tank, as i have only dripped it so far, so it will be interesting to find out. I have got a feeling though that it may need some sort of cream adding to it.:)

Just been to look for it ...Yes, I suppose there's similarities!

I'm thinking of adding a bit of either ice cream flavouring or the Confusion to Caramel Cappuccino or Lews Brew next time I want a coffee one - make it a rich latte :) I'm rather fond of the Latte's at Café Nero: they're richer tasting than others I've had!

I still have a few from Strix to try.

Have you tried the NT H1N1? I do so wish it came in a max VG version. It's lovely diluted with the Confusion though!

The more i see you, the more i want you

I haven`t tried any from NT trish except the gravity what ian sent me, i think they are just too expensive. I have just been looking at the cream ones at MB, they do whipped cream, and sweet cream. going off the reviews, though they both have good ones, i think i will go for the sweet cream. Apparently it is good to add to anything. :)

I am currently vaping the berry creamy, and very nice it is too. Hard to pinpoint any particular berry, but there is definitely raspberry there, and like the blue moo it has got a lovely creamy exhale to it.

Ach! ya fool! behave! That was taken during a photo shoot by a media photographer 8 years ago! A fair bit more careworn since then!

There aren't many photos of me at all ...I hate cameras because I'm not at all photogenic. Can you imagine what it was like for me when I had a BBC film crew in here some years back? I was mortified! ...then had to do a live radio interview a few days later! I like my studio, my peace & quiet and no hassle ...not a lot to ask, but some days it seems as elusive as the proverbial crock of gold! ;)

You just reminded me to take a look at my list - I have some TPA Whipped Cream and also their Sweet Cream ..could be useful! :)

I mostly buy Nicoticket direct now in 30mls unless I'm pretty unsure about something. It's just over $15 shipping, so a couple of 30mls doesn't work out too bad. I've got quite a nice collection of them now and can mix some together too. Last week it only took 6 days to arrive! Had it not been holiday Monday, I may have been hoping to get the Raz Cup ...hopefully tomorrow! It's another that's got PG in it, so I'll have to dilute with around 80% of something innocuous: custard, CB or Confusion.

I am currently vaping the berry creamy, and very nice it is too. Hard to pinpoint any particular berry, but there is definitely raspberry there, and like the blue moo it has got a lovely creamy exhale to it.

That still applies for those that have to pay on the tube, although now there is also a difference between the cash fares and Oyster PrePay until they do away with cash fares (already done away with on the buses)

So visitors will need an Oyster card now for buses, soon for the tube?

At the moment you can still get the travelcards in card style, but for PAYG it is cheaper to use the Oyster (costs a fiver to get one) and then reload it with money when required, you can also use credit/debit cards that are touch compatible, like the barclaycard, my friends from abroad normally just buy an Oyster card.

There are caps on the daily amount you use dependent on whether you use Bus only and/or anything else - Bus only is something like £4.50 the other depends on zones but max is something like just under a tenner - so very good value for lots of journeys.

Still unsure about tube at the moment because they still have the ticket machines, although they are starting to do away with the ticket offices, but you can't use cash on our buses at all

Talking about TV Adverts, have started seeing that Taylors ad on SyFy (Sky) since saying I had never seen it - Aarrrgggghhh

Long time since I've been to London, but it's good to know that things may change by the time I do! :)

Dreadful isn't it! I'm often working with the TV on in the background, and that twittering really is annoying, apart from the fact it's a bad advert anyway.

A couple of years ago, anyone with a concessionary pass could travel at any time of the day in Greater Manchester. The problem was the buses were totally overcrowded with people going to work, school kids and concessionary pass holders. We were constantly running late and having to leave passengers at the stops. Then TFGM (Transport for Greater Manchester) had a big consultation with the bus companies, the council etc and decided to ease the problems the 9.30am watershed would come into play. To be honest it works well here. Now we have the workers and school kids before 9am, we get half an hour to get back on time, then once the traffic has eased off, we get to pick up the concessionary holders. TFGM pays the bus companies for every pass scanned, plus they set the level for all concessionary fares (including child fares) - us Drivers still get the "your robbing me mate, charging that much for my sprogg to travel" I still get some twirlies at 7.30am though, that claim ignorance

--------------------------------------

Anyway, enough work chat.

Rebuilt the Aqua today, dual micro coils with rayon, coming in at 0.8 ohms. Filled up with the pineapple upside down cake (Terry's generous donation) and I'm vaping it now. The flavour is just about right on dual coils. I can taste the pineapple, a little bit of sticky sponge and also a bit of cherry and a tiny amount of cream. It's not an overly sweet vape, but it is quite enjoyable. Overall, I think I agree Terry. It's a nice vape, but not really an ADV. More of a vape for a while, put it down, vape something else and come back to it. I'm looking forward to trying the others now :D

Didn't get chance to sort my dripper out yesterday, ended up doing other stuff - but at least I wasn't working :)

Just been buying some more RTAs, a Modded KFL v2, an EHPRO KFL v2 from AngelFireMods and an eXpromiser from eXvape, also managed to get a 2nd hand VMod XL off of AAEC for only £18, also waiting for my Phoenix DRA-XL dripper to arrive from Germany, it's at LHR at the moment.

That's a good price for the Vmod Bob.

How has the KFL been modded ?? Has it had the airflow hole drilled, or has it had the full modding experience - Drilled airflow, drilled out 510 air channel and opened up juice channels ??

I really do notice the difference with the airflow drilled out, much better vape overall. It's well worth doing :D

I'll be interested on your thoughts on the eXpromiser too, I was looking at them a few months back, there's quite a few options if I remember right.

I'll check back tomorrow, need to call it a night now.

I can see how bus passes all day it wouldn't work in bigger towns and cities!
Wouldn't bother me really - I'm not a morning person these days :)

I don't like pineapple much, but if I did, I'd be tempted to try that one!

Those coils from FastTech do seem to be the old BDC ...they've removed the sticker off the box and re-labelled them! Too much hassle to send them back, so I'll try using them.
They were definitely listed as BVC when I ordered them because I actually searched for BVC. Since then though, there's no page for the part number of the ones I got.
I'll watch for FT getting the BVC ones in stock.
Got 10 from a US supplier coming - they were on special offer and with shipping, it only came to $18.50. Even at normal price, they're cheaper than here!

I ordered a 30ml bottle of 18mg Got Cookie (Oreo) today - it's got PG in it, but I can mix it with some zero CLS or Confusion! :)
The H1N1 is great mixed that way.

The Photo of it looked good, will have to wait and see what sort of condition it is in.

No, not that way modded, this one has a full size PolyC tank (top to bottom) and a different top cap see here This is option A, the previous one I got was option D with the normal Pyrex tank + ss tank + nano kit

This is the option D one in normal mode in my Gizmo:

Not sure I'd want to tinker with them in that way - knowing me, it would end up FUBAR

I've been looking at a few vid reviews of it, looking for something that was similar to the KF and they say it is a sort of cross between the KF and Taifun (Why do the yanks pronounce it Typhoon) and that you can also use it in a Spheroid way as well - although that would hold less juice I would imagine.

Was that the NT one? let me know what you think of it.
Yes it is Bob. Looking forward to trying it.

I'm glad I tried the H1N1 because it's rather nice even if it is a PG mix & I do have to mix it with Confusion! Mine is well steeped and I can't taste tobacco, just lots of nice things :)

Got my Raz Cup from last week today along with 15ml sizes of the three Cheesecake topping flavours to try: Cherry, Strawberry & Raspberry. No good me getting the Cheesecake to test because it's a PG mix too. I'll try them with my VG Confusion and ABC.
Got an upgrade on the Strawberry topping one too: 30mls!

Even with just 20% of the Raz Cup used with Confusion I can taste the raspberry. Nice! Think a bit of steeping will make it even better reading others experience with it.

Thanks, might give both H1N1 and Raz Cup a try as well next time I order, still trying to go through the ones I've got at the moment.

Have just tried out the new dripper, the DRA-XL-2 from Vapor Freak, along with a 1-1.25ohm Vapin Donut from Fat Daddy Vapes, think it might be touching the side of the dripper at some point though, on my Cana @ 20W it starts off at 1.2 then increases to 1.4, 1.6 1.8 then shorts out take the top off, tweak it and get it back to 1.2 and start again, repeat and start again etc. So not sure about these, will keep persevering though as the pack contained 6 of them.

EDIT: Sorted, it needed packing in a bit more over one of the legs, now blowing clouds of MBV Morning Vape :)
