sorry I haven't been on here for a while I hope you haven't missed me to much but I was in Belguim driving the coach and my digi tacho was screaming at me as it said I had driven to much so I pulled over to let the replacement driver take over and he set off to drive to Germany and the silly useless t**t crashed the coach and I went straight through the windscreen and was in the hospital on life support for 3 weeks I am not to bad now and will be going for my medical as I want to get straight back to work as I hate sitting around and my doc said I will be better off staying off work for 6-7 months but I have decided to let the works doc check me instead us coach drivers are made of stern stuff arnt we Ian

my injuries were broken coller bone 3 ribs left arm 2 places and fractured scull works solicitor as said I will get full wages whilst I am off and should get around £12.000 compensation but I am really bored and want to get back to work

Was going to ask what your injuries had been ...injuries like those aren't to trifle with Ron, seriously.
You may be bored, but you could do yourself irreparable harm if you go back before the doctors think you should.
Plus, if you cause yourself further ill effects by going back too soon, you could put your job at risk. As things stand, it's down to them to see you back in good health and compensated.
£12,000 doesn't go far if it's all you have to live on, so protect your own wellbeing and your finances.

12 grand is a lot of vape money mate.
the best part of getting £12.000 is that is what I still have left to clear my mortgage so I will pay that off as soon as I get it and then I will have extra money every week so it will be happy days
I don't think the doc will allow me to go to work for a while as I still have all my pots on including a neck collar and I hate the bloody thing and don't laugh but my corset kills me I need it to support my spine as if I take it off I cannot stand up the only thing that seems to be clearing up is all the cuts and bruises have scabbed up and are getting itchy I want to rive away at them but have been able to resist temptation for now
