I know what you mean. A lot of the time dripping doesn't bring out all the flavours, it's the same with the Vmod - some juices are lovely in a kayfun, but awful in the Vmod.

Are you just sticking with 2 flavour shots from MBV now ?? They go up to 5 shots don't they ?? Wonder how much of a flavour shock that would be

I started at zero with my first order, then 1 shot on my second and 2 on my third and fourth mate, i reckon 2 is just right, for me anyhoo. :p Some of the reviewers do go for 5 shots though, thier tastebuds must be well and truely shot to bits.

I'm just wondering for my own future order. You know I like strong flavours, but I think 5 shots might be too much even for me

Think I'd probably do a small order in 3 shots first and take it from there.

Started watching "Bates Motel" now on Sky. We've finished Hannibal now and as usual they always finish the series with a cliffhanger :D Can't wait for season 3 now.

------------------------------------------------

Forgot to mention, the reason I'm using the Mephisto dripper on the Reo now (I modded it to be a bottom feeder too) - the brass Stillare that I was using went green inside  Wasn't too keen on the way it looked, so changed to the Mephisto instead. This one is stainless where the juice touches, just the outside AFC that isn't stainless.

Sounds like it may have been coated copper, copper goes green.

For me it's some Irish accents that I struggle with. The softer ones I don't have a problem with, but the harsher ones can be hard to follow sometimes. Especially when they talk quickly.

------------------------------

I see FT have a 100W mod on there now - wonder how reliable that will be.

Glaswegian the worst for me, canna understand a word they say :)

I tend to get the first ones in 15ml +1 flavour, that way I don't waste too much if I don't like it, but if I like it then the next in 30ml +2 flavour, depending on how that tastes, I may go to +3 if I think it might be better, haven't got round to trying the +2s yet as I still have some of the first batch to use up first.

Ian, meant to say in the above is this the one: $124.43 Gi 2 Style 100W Variable Voltage/Wattage Mod - 2*18650 / 1-100W / 1.0-5.5V at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
If so it is Fugly, looks like a brick and I don't like the details: button1 smoking ?? it has a Micro SD card ?? Doesn't say what chip it uses, think I'll give it a miss.

EDIT: Looking at those figures a 1ohm coil at 100w would need 10v yet it only goes up to 5.5v

Saw this one earlier too, didn't look at the specs but a lot of these high watt devices don't do 100w at the full range of resistances they cater for. Been looking at the sigelei 100w lately and it only does 100w if you're between 0.15 - 0.5 ohms. If I recall it can provide 7 volts so I'm assuming that device only does 100w at somewhere lower than 0.5. I haven't looked into it though as as soon as I saw it I decided it was too fugly as you said

at 0.3 it would draw 5.48v so could only manage it between it's minimum of 0.1 and 0.3 so the question is WHY would anyone want it?

Think I'll stick to my 50w sx350 box mods, which I can notch up to about 9.5v, think max I got them to was just over 48w with a 1.8 coil

Know what you mean, think easiest way to remember is that if it is not silica (ekowool is hollow silica) then you cannot dry burn it so must make sure it is juiced up before use.
Must try and remember to think first!
I went looking for more V2 2.0ohm coils today seeing they're the only ones around with the single slot rather than two holes. My E-Pack and Vape Escape sold out of the 2.0ohm. Found some at LT and Steamgunk. No guarantee that future stock will be the same - nor indeed that what I just ordered will be either.
I notice (where resistance is specified) that the Aerotank is supplied with 2.0ohm coils. Seems there's a version two Aerotank with an updated air control valve! Getting hard to keep up with all the upgrades and changes with stuff! I haven't tried the mini Aerotank I have yet - had it a while now too.
MyE-Pack do have the Aspire K1 in stock now - good price too @ £6.99. I've seen it elsewhere for £9.99.

Yep i get that as well bob, not nice. :(
I've always thought it down to the PG & VG ...or perhaps the sugar in the flavouring.
...talking of which, this stuff makes surfaces a bit 'icky' - like a tacky film. I only use mine in my studio, and the glass, plastic and wood surfaces all need washing fairly often!

He's a p**sy cat really ;) (can't believe that word is censored)
Try 'puddy tat' ;)

I've just labelled the 3 bags the coils are in. If you need to use coil gunkers, I can always rewick them again when you find out which wick works best for you. It might be next year before I post them back to you though
 Thanks Ian!

Bob's right, best to let them sit a while and soak. The cotton and rayon should be fine after a short soak, the silica will take the longest of the three, as it doesn't wick as well as cotton or rayon.
OK, will do! :)

Me too, plus Northern Ireland. Sometimes, Welsh people speaking a very foreign sounding English is hard on the ears too!

One thing we cannot stand is the increasing numbers (in recent years) of croaky throat nasal younger females on TV, whether presenters , guests, or people interviewed in the streets! Where on earth did they emerge from? Is it a 'fashion fad' similar to the equally irritating AQI?

Think that may down to them all having botox injections in their lips, and having silly teeth implants that make their faces look stupid, like that Rylan Clarke, Chloe Sims and Stacey Solomon

They certainly do get silly looking faces - in fact some are grotesque!
Not sure how those things could account for that nasal croaky throat voice they have though ......is it an 'Essex' thing that's spread because they think it's the in thing to do?
Wherever it originated, it's so darn irritating, we tend to switch channels!

Could be an Essex thing, idiots rave over TOWIE, I wouldn't watch it if you paid me , I think we are breeding a dynasty of sheep or lemmings who seem to copy everything that so called 'celebs' say and do, I'm glad I'm getting older so hopefully won't be around when WW3 starts.
To be honest, I didn't even know what TOWIE was until I Googled it after hearing it mentioned so much ....can only imagine ...well, nuff said.

At first, when hearing this low resonance nasal croaky throat way of speaking with younger females, I was reminded of a cross between Yootha Joyce in The Rag Trade, and Mariella Frostrup.

True, it only takes one or two people using some affected quirk of speaking for it to spread like a disease amongst those unable to be individuals in their own right.
Correctly and clearly spoken English seems to be a rarity in many parts of society.

No doubt you can tell that this offendeth my ears!

Thou will be sending young Matthew Hopkins south I fear
I take it you refer to the 17th cent. version ....well, yes - someone of his ilk could help!

Everyone's quiet tonight!
I placed a Chefs Vapour order at 2.30am on Friday morning ...it arrived today! :) Very efficient!

Got it in one :)
 someone similar could be very useful: 'Speak properly or you'll get ducked!'

Sshh you'll wake them up, or maybe they're out clubbing
They'd go off out partying and not tell us? ...to be honest, I'd rather be where I am! :)

Sometimes CV are quick other times not so, but I always put an order in before I really need it, just to be on the safe side.
Last 4/5 orders I've placed have been fast, but that one was very fast!. I do tend to order in good time though.
Almost ran out of Confusion recently, but needn't have worried ..it was here in time. I find that a very useful one to have - can add some of the stronger flavoured PG/VG NT ones and it doesn't kill the taste, plus it can give a creamy taste to a lot of others for a change too. I get it in zero.

I ordered a K1 (the new Aspire mini tank). I got 5 coils to go with it, and if it's good, I'll get some of both kinds from that link you gave recently.
Haven't ordered any BVC from FastTech yet either ..perhaps they're just as good from there. At least I already have the account set up there.
