Cheers mate, I love you too. Did I mention I'd put a timer on the fuse of those rockets :laugh:

Will they shoot 'im orf to Mars

At least I got my second Chefs order today (Mint Choc Vapetto and more QOP!).
I tried all the coils once but haven't moved on to try them in a Unitank yet to see if they work better ..if the darn things wheeze and gurgle then they'll all be gone! I think I have 5 or 6 in boxes unopened! Loved the first two I got and as soon as I bought more when at a good price, the first ones started misbehaving.
I think out of the three, I liked the Rayon one best. I'll try them with the Unitanks next though :)

We'll just have to be careful with them and hope the pins are strong :)
I'm assuming there's no stock levels of the iSticks yet anywhere? Wasn't much last time I looked.

Wish I was 'going on 46'! ...there's no pet lip smiley!

Waiting for Lew to get back to me on how to order the Confusion and then I can get the rest of my order in, once that's done then I have to go on to Strix and order some more of their ones to get my stock back up.

No iSticks yet

and same here re 46 - :p

It is strange how juices can change for sure. Maybe you just got the first or last of that particular run trish, dunno, glad it turned out ok for you though.:) Wonder what they are doing with the long shift ? seems like it may be another on it`s way out !
I've noticed it can take quite a while to get things back in stock when they run out. If Long Shift is a NET they may have to specially order it ...and they did say it was pre-steeped for three weeks when it first came out!
I'm glad the ABC morphed into custard from caramel too! :)

No it was chefs what crashed on me, when i went to order. I love lemon cake, and even a bit of coconut won`t spoil it for me  In fact i quite like them coconut and cream sponge cakes, think it is Mcvities. :p
Oh - I'd just placed an order when I posted about it here ..in fact, the page is still open! I had no problem with it. What did you do to crash it ...order a gallon?
I do like lemon & cream, so I'll probably like it! I got 2x10ml bottles: 1 Zero strength, the other .6. The doughnut vanilla custard sounds really nice ..looking forward to that one! I ordered 30ml!

Will they shoot 'im orf to Mars
He! a similar thought passed through my mind!

I never had a reply to the email I sent him late last week - there's an alternative email address on the website and also a landline and a mobile number ....or you can fill in an online form.
I'll need to know how to order it eventually too.

No iSticks yet
seem to be taking a while to get to the UK! I won't want another - will see what the next version is like - same goes for the MVP3!

and same here re 46 - :p
I wasn't bothered until this recent vertigo bout - seems to have drained me and I'm worn out.
Did you hear anything more about your medical 'stuff' ?

what sort of 'things' ?

Way too much to mention right now trish, but mainly sightings of UFO`s above the oceans, and under the oceans. Many airforce pilots from around the world have reported sightings of craft which are inexplicable to us. All different shapes and sizes, that can shoot off into the stars quicker than you can blink your eyes. There is nothing on this earth what we know of that could possibly travel at them speeds.

It also reports on sightings going back centuries, of sailors such as columbus seeing `craft` coming from the skies, travelling at speeds which were inconceivable in them days, and just entering the seas, not to be seen again.

Yes They reckon aliens could be inhabiting our oceans as well. Honestly trish, there are thousands of sightings and cases, and the governments just cover all of them up. :( So they certainly know more than they let on. I am sure bob will come in on this as well, as he probably knows a lot more than i do about it, but bloody heck, it is eye watering.

Talking of politicians covering things up, you would have thought that they would have disguised william hague a bit better wouldn`t you.

I said that too, but I keep reaching for it! It has a clean sweetness that I don't really find too much. I love how I can still taste it even after putting it down!
I'm looking forward to those two new ones coming too ..the doughnut sounds interesting! Not too sure about the lemon one because I find coconut a tiresome flavour, but seeing there's cream & cake, in the interests of science .....

You must be their favourite customer!

Definitely wait for reviews - I got into the Group Buy on AAEC - not sure where they came from but not Focalecig or FT but the glass was missing the 2 O-rings that hold the glass tank in and they all leaked (think it was glued in instead) - the guy arranging the group buy has got new top sections coming and the W & C decks that were missing from the original order, so will have to wait and see if they are any better.

Was it a glass tank or some kind of plastic? What kind of box did it come in? You can always tell from the box!

I had a look around on here and others to see what people were thinking and just like you said everyone who had a version with glued in windows said it was rubbish, although I couldn't find any mention about one with a glass tank, they were all PMMA or whatever. One with a glass tank appeared on FT but people aren't sure yet whether it has o-rings for the glass. I also found one on grey haze with a glass tank that might be the same as the one on FT, not enough pictures to tell 100% though. I can wait for the reviews to come in :vapor:

I have a sneaking suspicion from their press release that one release of the MVP3 will have a DNA 40 temperature control board. :matrix:

Picked up some vape mail from RM this morning. Just 3 x VTC4 batteries from myepack (might have gotten the last few as they are OOS now).

I was getting a bit worried about the supply of top quality 30A batteries and if I get a 2 x 18650 box mod (which I'm tempted to soon) I'll want to have some more to pair up so I'll just put 2 of these in a drawer for the time being. The other will go into rotation.

Ordered some "VTC5s" from an online vape shop (basically a B&M which also had a website you could order from, doubt anyone here would ever have used them as I searched and found absolutely no mention of them online haha) last week. Searched pretty hard to see if anywhere had any left and this was all I turned up (except £170 for 2 on ebay!!) so thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a go.

Well, let's just say I wasn't convinced they were genuine VTC5 batteries  and although the shop did protest their authenticity to start with eventually were good enough to offer me a refund and to refund the return postage costs.

I was just a bit surprised someone running a B&M wouldn't have serious doubts about these batteries. I searched online extensively and concluded they were good fakes, but still fakes. Initially the shop's "proof" that they were genuine was an e-mail from their supplier (who were a Chinese company) which read something like this:

Shop: are these sony batteries?

Supplier: yes these are the sony batteries.

So overall no harm done to me but the shop will continue to sell the non genuine VTC5s I think. They were re-wrapped samsung batteries as far as I could tell so if I'm right they should be good to 20A but still. The shop also said that they were soon getting in some 35A Purple Efest batteries in to replace the VTC batteries and I should probably also tell them that those purple efests are in fact rewraps themselves as well, again actually only a 20A battery.

The world of 18650 batteries in vaping is getting a bit tricky. I have spent far too much time these past few days reading about batteries.

edit: thinking about it I should probably post this in the battery board.

 Tell you sommat bob, do you ever watch that ancient aliens on sky ?? What a fantastic programme it is ! from what i can glean from it, All the governments are covering things up.

Don't think I have, but agree with the last comment about covering things up, but the always say it is for the sake of security.

 Whoops i better go fix that

and here was me thinking you were doing it on purpose

He! a similar thought passed through my mind!

Suppose it takes a while to make them, then batch them up for all the different countries that are clamouring for them, think they are expected at the end of the month.

Hahahaha, he is a bit alien looking isn't he, yes there have been several reports from pilots, and a few have admitted later that they didn't report them because of the fear of losing their jobs, I'm sure something is being covered up on that front as well, but until we get much more advanced and have craft that can travel at much greater speeds, or they decide to conquer the Earth, I suppose we never will know the truth.

Hi Andy, It was advertised to be glass, the box was exactly like the Stattqualm one, the other thing I noticed missing was the instruction leaflet, a couple of the guys on AAEC broke the glass trying to get it out, and nobody said that it wasn't glass.

I have a sneaking suspicion from their press release that one release of the MVP3 will have a DNA 40 temperature control board. :matrix:

Wonder how much they will try and rip us off for that ?? - I see that the Vapor Flask v2 with DNA40 is going to cost $299, that's an awful lot of money for a dual 18650 that doesn't even include the batteries.

Just read your other comment on VTC5s - they are getting pretty hard to find these days, I was lucky and stocked up with about 14 of them a while back, so have enough to keep all my DNA & SX mods going :) Efest have brought out a new battery, Green wrap, I saw one on GotSmok but it only showed a 26650, 4200mAh claimed to be 50A [probably pulse only just like those so called 35A] be interesting to see if they bring out other sizes, and what the constant amperage is rather than the pulse.

EDIT: Look for TorchytheBatteryBoy (]big_f_d_d | eBay) on eBay, all his batteries are favoured by a lot of forum members, think he is on UKV and gives discounts there, if you are not sure which ones you want you can email him and tell him what you want them for and he will tell you which ones to get.

Hi Bob it's Adam not Andy  Sorry my username doesn't indicate this! Made me laugh actually because people are always calling me Andy by mistake.

I'll just wait and see if any squape r clones are confirmed to have o-rings and get good reviews. I'm optimistic about this one though: $24.70 SQ-uape Reloaded Style Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 5.2ml / stainless steel + glass tank / 22mm diameter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$299 for vapor flask dna40 is too much for me. If the temperature control turns out to be as good as it sounds then I'd consider getting something like a vaporshark rdna 30 if they do one with a dna40. They look really good. Don't like the look of many box mods like the hana modz ones.

Considering getting a sigelei 100w if they sort out the copper pin issue that several reviewers have mentioned in future releases. Don't see the point in going over 100W personally at the moment though. There are 150W and even 250W devices on the horizon, seems a bit much.

Comparing these newer high power box mods to the builds I've done in my plume veil clone (~0.2ohms), on a mechanical, might get upto 80/90 wattsl BUT I haven't ever measured voltage drop so presumably they are actually a bit lower than that in practice. And those are too hot and dense for sustained vaping. I like to dig it out every few days to blow some big flavoursome clouds but generally prefer more around 0.4-0.6ohm builds which would be max 50W. The 0.2 ohm builds also go through juice in a click of the fingers and spit juice in your mouth a bit more I find.

I fired one the other day with the top cap off and the rayon was apparently too dry and caught fire. That was a bit alarming.

Just spotted a limited number of VTC5s were in stock on fasttech but by the time I got to checkout they were gone! drat.

I've come across Torchy before and would happily buy batteries from him with all the positive comments. Had a look on his ebay that you kindly linked the other day actually but the best I could see were the purple efest 2100 mah 30A ones that are meant to be rewrapped VTC4s.

Thanks for the advice re: him being on UKV and giving discount/advice. I'll try that out sometime probably.

Woah long post.

And a massive thank-you for getting the info on the parcel sent to me so quickly, hopefully i will have it this week. ;)

Let me know how you get on with the coils Trisha, once you're using them full time :)

This will sound pretty bad, but I forgot how old I was the other day. Someone asked me how old I'd be on my next birthday and I couldn't remember

Will they shoot 'im orf to Mars

and same here re 46 - :p
Hopefully Uranus - that was a bum joke

You're only as old as the Woman that you're feeling Bob  My Missus is 7 years older than me, that's why I keep forgetting my age

Terry, what did you think of the pina-colada you kindly sent me ??

Maybe I should try it with a higher ohm coil, but it's tasting a bit chemically at the moment. Was fine when I first tried it yesterday. So I'm thinking I might need to up the resistance on the coil a little.
