Ian, don't know if you have a Reo Mini 2.1, but this might be worth a look, also if you follow the link in the message, think it links back to the Reo section here, there are people talking about using VMod bottles in the Reo Grand to allow more juice to be used in them.

I had a quick look at my spares and yes the bottle will fit nicely in the Reo, just have to see whether the tube will fit properly, if you cut a hole in the cap.

Adam, was reading this yesterday about the leaking, and a fix

Cheers Bob, I'd also seen a thread on here in the rebuildables section where someone had bought 1 or 2 piercing needles (I think) of a particular diameter, cut them and then jammed them in the air holes like this sounds like. Another thing to look into when I get round to it!

They had a problem with delivery of one of the flavourings - they were promised delivery for Monday, and it will be sent straight out. It will need to steep though!
Now that is what Karl told me, but seeing you have PG/VG, if could be that yours did get made & sent.
If it doesn't arrive tomorrow, it's likely yours is the same as mine and waiting for flavouring. It'll be sent quickly though as soon as it does arrive :)

Nope still not got mine either trish ! I had a look for them on facebook last night, and indeed they have got their own page. :) Well off for my new peggies now, so see ya later.

He comes up with some very unusual things, and others that are never quite like anything even similar elsewhere. It does get to me that I can't use some of the really great ones by themselves! (The Virus, Wakonda, Frenilla, & quite a few others)

True, it doesn't seem natural to turn something like that upside down. The little istick is great having the display on the side and showing every time it's used.
I'd not want anything more complicated than those and the MVP's - just like the beautiful colours on those such as the Hana. The two coloured iSticks are very nice though.

I know what made me buy the Banana Pudding from NT: the picture! It was a glass dish full of custard, sliced banana & cream...delicious! I love barely ripe bananas, sliced with cereal, alone, in desserts, custard tart and with lemon jelly! :)

____________________________________________________________________________________

The past few days, something has affected me badly! Had a number of pretty awful breathing issues and needed to take tablets and inhaler. Felt quite miserable with it today, and it's occurred to me that it could just be QOP ...blackcurrants! I can't use blackberry, apple or lime, and not a lot of strawberry or raspberry. I do think it may be that and if so, I'll be really sad about it! :(
Once I get back to normal, I may be able to use it on occasion after a week or two.

Yeah you can't beat a good complex flavour. That's what I like about NT, it starts out as one flavour and then changes - sometimes each draw can be different, other times the taste on the inhale and exhale change :D

I'd be worried about damaging the screen on a mod that has a bottom screen too.

Being swayed by a photo Trisha, tut, tut  I know what you mean though, a picture can speak a thousand words ;)

I've been thinking a little about the issues you're having. Did you have the same problems with the pre-filled cartos you used to use originally ?? Just wondering if there's something in those that helped with your problems.

I see Bob already showed you where he got his from but thought I'd chuck in that the magma from FT (the 1:1 version) is excellent. My most convenient dripper for volume of juice it can hold. Leaks v. slightly out the airflow and gets in round the back of the airflow control ring but usually doesn't go anywhere after that so I just wipe it down every now and again. Only leaked down onto my mod once when I think I overfilled it or just didn't look at the airflow ring for a day or two.

I do get a tiny bit of seepage with the Mephisto. I just changed one o-ring for a thicker one and wrapped a small amount of PTFE tape around another section - that cured it :) I've had the Magma in my FT wishlist for a while now. I'll probably pick one up next month, after the rebate point roll-over finishes. I'm holding off adding some reviews until then, also. I'm also subscribed for the next round of Odin BF attys when they come out again.

That looks quite interesting Bob. I've been having a read through the ECF thread, a square bottle would make a lot of sense :D Both my Reo's are the Grande versions, so the capacity isn't too bad. But if I can find an easier squonk, I'm all for it.

Good luck with the new gnashers mate :)

I hope chew (sorry you) feel better with them

Can it be read without joining? ...with chips?

Unfortunately not trish, only takes a minute to register though, or if you ever want me to ask a question for you, i will gladly do so :) Mmm what a lovely chippy it was for dinner. He makes his own beef suet puddings, so i had one of them with chips ( done in dripping ) mushy peas, curry sauce and a buttered muffin

I could eat that again now after writing that,

Can I suggest that you run your old filters along with your new filters in your new aquarium

they contain all the nitrifying bacteria that you will need to keep your water chemistry right

The tropical fish forum has an excellent beginners section that you may find of benefit

I'd be happy to give you a touch if you need it

Thanks vince :) The guy in the shop also suggested i do that with the old filters for a month or two ! Although i have been keeping tropical fish for many years, i think it is always difficult when you buy a new set up, so yes mate if you have got a link to the forum i would appreciate it. :toast:

False alarm with them mate, when i got there it was only for a test fitting ( made out of wax ) I get the proper ones this friday. :)

Hope they didn't leave the wax ones in, might make the e-juice taste funny

-----------------------------

How long did you leave your MBV juices for Terry, before you first tried them mate ?? I've capped mine up now, but I won't be trying them til this weekend probably. The new CV juices are currently occupying the steeping spot.

Have you ordered anything new for the on top of the MVP yet ??

I think i left them for about 10 days ian, that is the norm for me :) I linked the mini kayfun to ask bob if it`s the same as he has got, and also asked him a question or 2 about it, but he has just ignored me.

Anyway THIS is the one mate. Thoughts please ian ?

Mine should be great then by this weekend, cheers mate :D

What have you done to upset our Bob

Looks like they should work well together. Reviews seem ok, apart from the odd machining issue - but that's par for the course with FT items I guess. I'd say go for it mate, it's not that expensive and if it helps balance things out all the better.

Maybe it`s when i said might as well just stick an evod on it bob  Dunno mate. Yes i have read most of the reviews, and that particular one does seem to be the better made one. :) I will get it later on i reckon :toast:

How long have they been sitting for now mate ?

I'm sure he'll forgive you, do some grovelling :laugh:

I've had the juices about 10 days now I think, can't remember to be honest  I need to rewick the Mephisto first, so it will be this weekend before I get round to it.

I've decided that when the next MBV order arrives - with the coffee in it. I'm gonna mix up some 75% coffee, 25% cream. I think that will be perfect for me. I'm still really enjoying the sample you sent me. The sign of a great juice, is a lingering taste after vaping. I get plenty of that, with the sample. I reckon you've converted me from Vapology Capp now :D

Nite mate, i will have another look at the kayfun mini i think...Bob how is yours mate. fiddly or easy build ??

Although it's a smaller deck, it's no harder than a KFL.

I find it easier to top fill though, just make sure the 510 o-ring is in place in the top screw on ring, fill it holding your finger over the air hole, put the top on and screw it down, let go of air hole then turn it up normal, and then upside down again, once bubble has gone down to airhole give it a quick blow through the drip tip and wipe away anything that comes out of air hole and you should be good to go.

I have only used it with the one steel section at the top, haven't tried it in longer mode with the second steel section/longer chimney
