Where is your hana at right now Ian ? i know it is coming over land but do you still get tracking ? Mine has been at the infomation recieved bit for the last couple of days, so hopefully twill be on the plane tomorrow !

If it's coming China Post, I think they have changed the way they do tracking, before it used to show each sorting office it went through, now it only shows when it gets to and International office, I have 4 parcels/3 orders on the way already a week old, 1 not showing yet, 3 stopped off in Canton and then 2 went to Shanghai, must check later to see if there is any further movement.

Customers in the US can return items to a US forwarding agent, not sure about us here in the UK though.

I think we have to pay to post it back direct, problem is with the LiPo don't know who will accept it unless you just say it is electronic components on the customs form and not mention the battery.

That sounds like a right pain in the bum for trish doesn`t it ? Maybe if she explains that problem to fasttech, they will just refund her. I hope so anyway :)

Ah, if you are on there then look in the classies, a lot of stuff that gets posted on UKV also gets posted on POTV, there is another Bish one just came up as well.

There are a couple of ads on there Bob,but they are Bish's own.Not any from private sellers.

If you look under their faq`s bob it does say that they cover all return charges.

Oh well, keep an eye on them as they do come up now and again, unless you get one direct from him, I suppose he has got DNA40 boards by now, I haven't looked myself.

Thanks Trish :) I haven`t looked at the SNG ones yet, but i did see a couple of MB liquids there what i haven`t even seen on their own site. Oh and the lemon bar is there as well trish !
It was in an earlier post that I mentioned the Coffee cake. As for the Lemon Bar, it's the large bottle sizes that I didn't see it listed in: they do 100 & 250ml bottles! Mount Baker Vapor Extra Large Bottles

The number of times I've had to do that for the vapers at work. Seems to be a regular occurrence with the small ego type batteries. I'll have to start charging them for my 510 connection wizardry
I must have been lucky ..not had a problem like that ....so far!

Yep politicians say one thing and then do whatever they want.
As Bob reminded me, it's a lipo battery pack so not really much that can be done with it unfortunately :(
I managed to wake myself up, so sorted there Trisha
Politicians ...well, I think you all know what I think of them!

I won't mention the Hana to our eldest ...he'd likely have it in 100 bits before I could blink! Neither of us are into tinkering with electrical stuff really.

I was wide awake until 3.30 last night so it would be 4 by the time I got to sleep ...found it hard to wake up at 8.45 this morning! :( ...may not get to bed too early tonight either: the big dog isn't too well, which is very unusual for her. She used to get a seizure around the time the groomers came, and with the help of some milk peptide capsules before and after they come, we've got her through 20 months without one! It's usually in her food but she had none, so if she seems unsettled at all, I'll stay up until she's sleeping soundly. That dog means an awful lot to me!

And there was me thinking they'd actually fried Elvis, the fans would go mental
Ugh! I could never understand what anyone saw in him!

It amazes me, even when the juices are perfectly sealed up, wrapped in bubble wrap or even vacuum sealed. The moment you open the parcel you get a waft of e-liquid, smells lovely :D
I love fragrant post! :)

Talking of which - my iSticks and tanks were posted the day after that Hana, so they should be somewhere near arriving!

PITA That,so does that mean it has to go back to China. Do you have to pay the postage?
I'm not sure what they'll say - I'll just have to wait until they reply. Shouldn't be long.

Oh look! a Christmas pudding! :2cool:

Possibly a reason for them not to request it's return! We'll see. Surely a battery can be seen on a scanner?

Well, they can hardly expect me to lie to the post office when they ask ..and ours does every time! Not too much bother to put it back in the package it came in ...a pre-paid label would be nice! But, that'll mean a couple of weeks before I get a refund I suppose!

If you're getting a bit of leakage from the o-rings on the base Adam, try wrapping a bi of PTFE tape over the o-rings mate

The o rings for the Base (they are in the sleeve on this one) are a pain but that's not what causes the leaking if you don't take the sleeve off once it's all set up. Juice spitting off the coils runs in between the two pieces of metal that you rotate for the afc and then can come out the airhole.

It's ok if you set your airflow and then don't touch the holes or try and adjust it haha.

Bit bored of my juices tonight so looking forward to some new concentrates. Haven't managed to get the diy choc caramel quite right yet either.

Returning items to Fast Tech. I've just had to do this with a faulty item and the procedure they gave me was....
1. Get the cheapest quote to return it. ( they do check)
2. Get a receipt when you post it.
3. Post a picture of the receipt on the open ticket you have with them.
4. They then either give you a gift certificate or refund your paypal account for the postage amount, whichever you choose.
That's how it worked for me anyway. Hope this helps.

Morning all. Been awake since 7.50 this morning and on my first day off too

Oooooo mine is still in the post somewhere between Canton and here, Let me know how you get on with "Bob" :)

Certainly will mate. Should be having a play today at some point.

I think we have to pay to post it back direct, problem is with the LiPo don't know who will accept it unless you just say it is electronic components on the customs form and not mention the battery.

That's what I'd do. I think FT class them as electronic parts or components on the CN22 don't they - not got an old FT package to hand at the moment.

If you look under their faq`s bob it does say that they cover all return charges.

I know it's the law for UK companies to cover the return postage if items are DOA, not sure about China though. But from what I've read FT are usually pretty good with returns, if a little slow.

I must have been lucky ..not had a problem like that ....so far!

It's cos the guys at work are dopey bus drivers that torque everything down too tightly  A few of them put their toppers on that tight, they actually break the tank

Hope your doggy's feeling better today Trisha. Nothing worse than a poorly animal. Our last dog had a lot of ear problems and he'd keep us awake some nights because of it.

My Dad was a huge fan of Elvis the Pelvis

Mmmmm fragrant post, open the letter and take a big sniff, lovely :D

Right I see Adam. The drippers I have, have the O-rings around the outside of the base, so it's easy to pop on a little PTFE tape, then put the sleeve on.

The choco/caramel does take a bit of tweeking I found. Adding a little caramel, using a bit less cream etc. When you get it right though, it's a lovely vape .
