Right, forgot about the double holes. Hey I got a Bulldog Lazer mod that I ordered but can't seem to get work just right. It was supposed to be an easy mod to make with this kit but I can't seem to press in battery connector just right and I used a piece of copper wire that keeps falling out. It works half the time, are you familiar with this? There has to be a better way to attach wire and keep from falling out, and I'm afraid to press down too hard and break the piece that holds the battery connector. Any ideas?
I got a chance to look at the video.
The pressed in connector (pressed in with a pair of needle nose pliers) might be a little flaky. I would use a flat piece of metal to press against the 510 connector to keep from messing up the connector and maybe a small vice or pair of channel lock pliers. A box cutter blade (careful it's sharp) is smooth and flat. If the connector makes good electrical contact and is sort of tight then a little reinforcing epoxy on the back side might help.
If you can't find a machine screw and nut that will go through the center conductor then a small Brad nail might work. Push it through, cut to length, blunt the end (?) and put a dab of silicone adhesive on the back side to sort of hold it in place. It will still move a little but won't fall out. Watch length, you don't want too much spring pressure with the battery installed or it will push hard on the atty center conductor. Don't try and screw the atty down hard because the extra thickness of the connector center pin (screw, brad, whatever) will also press on the atty center connector. screw it down enough to make good contact.
The bulldog does look simple enough to put together. Connector strength seems to be one area that needs a little help.

Hope that helps.
