Best ecig sells juice 15.49 for 35 ml. IMO it pays to buy it from him, plus get a great price on any hardware you might like and then pay the 18.00 shipping.

That's Eastmall I assume. They're about the cheapest retail I've found (and you can have as many 100ml batches as you like, with the shipping still $15 total.)

Royalsmoker.com can beat them on larger quantities (eg: 2.4kg for 268.85 including shipping. That's about 2400ml I assume.) But their minimum order is BIG!
