Anyone know where I can find data related to e-cig usage around the world?

Would like to find out which countries and then cities, consume the largest amount of e-cig and/or vape products.
Specific demographic information within those geographic regions would be great too (average age, income, usage stats, etc.)

Good luck finding any of those statistics. Have not seen anything along those lines.

Pretty sure it doesn't exist.
Industry is too young, the vendors are mostly small startups - I'll bet more than half the equipment is sold without the documentation they SHOULD have (sales tax reporting, etc).
