Having actually eaten Rocky Mountain Oysters, I can honestly say I have absolutely no desire to vape it.

I would also be quite concerned at how they managed to extract the flavor

You'll have to DIY it. Grab a bull, cut his nuts off and steep them in some moonshine to extract that yummy flavor. Taste daily until you like it. Then just add nic juice and vape away!
