Be sure you do a Pro Forma before you get too far down the path. What you think is a good business opportunity could be a money pit.

Locally, there's a woman who opened a bakery shop. All her friends said she mad the best their was and encouraged her to make it a business. Curiosity got the best of me so I dropped by to see what it looked like. She's got $50k invested and is losing her you know what. She'll be closed and broke in 6 months.

..just do a good business plan and make good business decisions; not one dictated by the heart.

Yup live less then a mile from one...that is found here in ECF. But a pretty poor customer service experience when I was newbie, and due to their back stabbing with the local smoke shops, and deception about two names so they can do what ever they want under one yet still look good here with the under ...I wont do biz with them.

What ever you do -- make sure your prefilled carts have good flavor and are not nasty. Otherwise you will lose customers.

You could have 3ml MEDIUM nic juices for sale, flavors for DYI, some PG, and VG. Find a supplier that could mix all of this for you in a CLEAN environment. Check out the laws in your state about "food grade/kosher" handling of saleable items. (not sure how to word that).

Also you might want to put some type of ecig advertising posters in local bars, dance clubs, gas stations, etc.. to help generate new customers.

Don't think anyone posted this info here yet. Freedom Smoke USA, located in Tucson, AZ, is opening a vape lounge very very soon. You can located them here in the Forum Supplier section. Look at the bottom of the listings and you'll see them. I am sure they'll be posting more about the Vape Lounge. You might get some ideas and info there too.

Hope this helps a little. Hats off to you for wanting to do this!! I think the vaping lounges are a great idea. Can't wait for this one in Tucson to open :)
