Was wondering where would be nice to just go off on your own and have a nice break, enjoy the bars etc

My idea of a vacation usually involves loading up the bike, heading off into the unknown as far away from civilization as possible. This includes usually having no cell service as well. 2-4 days in the wilds and I'm recharged and rarin' to go.
I did Nashville last year and love it.
I went with a buddy, but it would be a great place to go alone. Lots to do and see and tons of bars close together.
Hmm, it'd be nice to see the U.S.A, so many nice places out there, ill have a look at Nashville now, cheers bud
