Anyone order from Flawless Vape shop?

I ordered a tugboat box mod and i got a email saying that it was completed 2 days ago and no email about trackng number nor any news on the status of it besides complete. Anyone ever experience this with flawless vape shop? Any ideas? i called their warehouse but not much help didn't really tell me anything bout my package.

UPDATE: I called there warehouse and they told me they tugboat boxes are Backordered and wont ship til "maybe" the middle of the week. damn..
