Have any of you ever ordered anything from flawless vape? Did you get a tracking number?

I ordered a tugboat mod, tugboat V2 and some juice a couple days ago. I received an order confirmation upon placing my order. Them a day and a half later I received an email stating my order has been completed. What exactly does that mean? Has my order been shipped? I emailed flawless twice and even called one of their retail shops in California. No emails in return and the store wasn't helpful either.

Any ideas?

No I haven't ordered anything from flawless vape..but some vendors I've orders from sent the confirmation email, then the
order competed email, meaning the vendor has processed my order..next will be a shipping label created and sent with a valid tracking number ..along with "your order has shipped" notification..
It just takes a little time sometimes for these vendors to get it to the post office..

Never used this vendor. However, FWIW I have noticed that for the past month overall post office tracking has been pretty flawed and unreliable. As in, I've shipped things to people through my own online business (not vape related) and had the tracking numbers never update. A couple times I've had a tracking number still showing "electronic shipping info received" after the customer has contacted me to let me know they received their item. If the vendor uses an automated service that generates an email to you with tracking info once it updates, and it isn't updating, that might be the reason why. I also had a few things I ordered for myself show up unexpectedly while the tracking info was still showing "electronic shipping info received" and once when I had a tracking number that wouldn't give me any information at all (USPS.com showed "tracking number not found" and I was panicking, and lo and behold the darn thing was already sitting in my box.)

What the post office told me was that during "busy" times, sometimes they don't do arrival and departure scans…which lets them move packages faster, but makes tracking essentially useless and can create a problem for vendors that use the USPS automated system to generate tracking #emails when they buy postage online. Hope this is the case for you and that your stuff shows up soon!

I live by flawless, I'm surprised they weren't helpful when you contacted the shop. Generally, you get a status of "shipped" once it has shipped. "Completed" just means it has been boxed up and sent to carrier. Their tug sauce is pretty good, late night is one of my staples. The mod is very cool but I was a bit disappointed in it's performance. You will love the RDA though.

They are reputable, you'll get your order. They are always friendly and helpful in the Anaheim hills store.

Man, I really hope they ship soon. I'm going out to sea for a month on the 8th. Ordered this stuff for this trip.
I live in San Diego and have an order in route from Honolulu..order was placed two days ago and all my tracking says so far its left Honolulu and in transit..it does say expected delivery day is Friday..I'm sure you'll get your order by the 8th as that's over a week away yet..

Well I finally got in touch with the wholesale office yesterday. They said shipping was delayed because one of the juices I ordered was back ordered but assured me it would ship (yesterday). Still haven't gotten an email confirming shipment. Tried calling again to confirm shipment and nobody answers. Kind of at a loss here and very frustrated. Not sure I'll order from these guys again.

Called flawless today. They said my order still hasn't shipped but that it would for sure go out today. :/ Very disappointed. They did however tell that they'd overnight it to me. We shall see. If it does in fact get overnighted I think that that would be sufficient enough to cure my severe disappointment in this company.

Very frustrated... especially considering the amount of money I paid them.
