Boy thier prices are killer and I know the shipping charge is there (usually $10?) but has anyone ordered since the whole FDA / PayPal / customs issues? I'd like to take advantage of the pricing but not sure they can deliver since they're in China.

You shouldn't have any issues, but there is always the chance. I am not sure if they are working with Paypal at the moment, last I checked they were steering clear and accepting Western Union or Bank Transfer only. I would suggest to email Amy, her info should be listed in the Healthcabin section of the Forums under Supported Suppliers.
The only liquid I have tried from health cabin is the RY4. Decent stuff, although the flavor is slightly off.
There is a supplier here in the states that has excellent prices, and very good quality e liquid. Excellent service also.... 2-3 day shipping.

I ordered a $150 batch of hardware and juice from them on August 16th. I just looked at the tracking info and, it's at the post office in Illinois this morning.
hmm, got my first order from them on the 14th, placed a new order last night at midnight and it left their postal routing office at 9am this morning

They are sealed bottles from China. It is not Dekang.
I only get my juice from Cletus now.... well worth the money!

Placed an order for the copper 510 w/purple LEDs and empty carts on Friday 8/21 and used paypal. Order received on Thursday 8/27. Everything works great. Good service.
I ordered a bunch of attys and mouthpieces at 3 am on the 26th and had them in my hand by 10 am on the 31st. Great shipping time and my new colored attys are very nice.
Tracking numbers from China are a joke, I never could track anything. However, I have received every order from China I placed. Some of my best attys came from bestecig.com and they were also the best price.
that's odd mine worked fine, have to use usps.com after it leaves china
