I found a box of old E2 mega cartos that I had put away and forgotten about. I decided to load one up just for grins and giggles. Now I remember why I put them away and forgot about them. First they're a PITA to fill and second, I get about 10 or 15 good vapes before I get that burned out taste. There's still liquid in them so I don't get that. Maybe my 5V burns the juice too fast for it to wick up properly?

Either way, I quicky went back to my regular carts. E2's are definitely not my thing.

More than likely. I recently repaired my 5v PT and tried a bauway ce2 clone on it. I could easily outvape the wicks ability to keep the coil wet. I just turn it upside down and back up. Worth it to me for the clouds of clean tasting vapor. I just ordered 2 more packs last night.

The main thing is you've found something that works for you. vape on! :vapor:

The new ones have several different ohm's, you can ask badkolo or dannoman on the gotvapes foeum and they will get you going in the right direction, but if you chain vape(back to back) hits you may have to tip the battery end up for a second to get the juice higher up the wick. I rarely have to do that. It has to be a real thick vg juice and I have to be constantly hitting on it. That in my opinion is on me not the fault of the clearo. It will do its job.

Calculate the watts you are delivering; you will need to measure the resistance (ohms) to do that. I use the clearomizers and have tried 2 or 3 revisions. Most of the time I can run about 8 watts max to the clearomizer. With some juices, I need to back down to 5 or 6 watts. Make sure you don't try to run these too hot, or they taste burnt. Also, make sure when you clean them to burn the wick and to dry burn the coil really well to eliminate any crud taste from the coil. I've found that the coils are tougher than some let on; I'd rather risk burning out the coil than to have to taste burnt crud.
