Anyone tried punching a hole a little higher up on a dual coil?

I believe the reason for the holes being as close to the bottom is for the case where you have, say, one mL left. There's no way for the last of the nicquid to jump up the side of the carto to get into the filler. If you top-off your tank befor the nicquid gets below your higher hole, I don't see why it wouldn't work. The cartos I order for my parents have 2 holes (placed near the bottom of the tank). It just helps with wicking of thicker (50/50) juices.

Thats what I was thinking. I have used the single hole and the triple hole cartos, but always wondered why they did not stack the holes. I can understand the need to not drop below the top hole, but if you dont, you would think the flow would be better to both coils

100% VG here.

One top punch, one bottom punch. Its all about airflow. Never had any sort of issue and never needed a primer puff since.
