I got them yesterday and just began using them.
My initial thoughts are very positive. It's just like a shrunk down eGo :)
The fit and finish is excellent, they don't look poorly made.
The button has a good solid tactile feel to it and lights up blue.
The eGo mini battery is about the same physical size as the SD Keyring.
It's diameter is a bit fatter around and the eGo cap adds a small bit of length to it compared to the SD.
It uses a standard eGo charger, so the charge time was very fast.
I have no way to measure the voltage, so hopefully someone else will update this thread with some specifics.
I can't tell for sure if this is an unregulated battery or not ?
It does seem to work just as well as the SD does, in terms of the warmth of the vapor and the amount produced, but this is just my personal perception.
I do notice the difference between the warmth of the vapor and the amount produced when I compare either the SD Keyring or the eGo mini against a standard eGo 650mah that I know is regulated, so I highly suspect that the eGo mini is as I hoped an unregulated device.

My conclusion so far is that I'm happy.
I now have an accompanying device to join my SD Keyring in service.
When I want an automatic, I'll grab the SD, when I want a manual, I'll grab the eGo mini.
I do like that I was able to buy the batteries by themselves instead of packaged with a charger and carts like the SD.
I also like that it doesn't need a special charger.

Here's a couple of pictures...

PS: I wanted to give a "Thank you very much!" to Nettmix Custom Vapes.

Their prices are very good and they shipped very fast.
The items were extremely well packaged.

I picked up some super shorty 1.7ohm cartomizers from MadVapes.
Great combination, really tiny and really pumps out the vapor.
I also put on a shorty cone...
For comparison, here's a picture of it next to a 650mah eGo that has a standard length SmokTech cartomizer on it. Funny how the regular eGo looks huge next to this...
A 1000mah twist would look like a baseball bat sitting beside this :)

Picked one up yesterday. Not bad at all. Works as well as a standard Ego on my low rez stuff.

Great for popping in the pocket as a backup. Pretty much does what it says on the tin. It's an Ego. It's mini ;)

Battery life is about 3-4 hours medium level vaping, which for such a small battery isn't bad. It has a 2 colour led. Blue for full charge, red when it's nearly out. The usual 5 click shutoff..

It feels like it's around 3.4 volts or so. Can't be sure as I don't have a test kit. But the vapour production is similar at this on my LT...

Here it is with a DCT on it.

Awesome how we keep going back and forth between "I want more vape time! and "I dont mind about less vape time!"

In the end we all agree that those 8" sticks we carry around (no pun intended boys, pervs) are a bit bulky and easily fall out a pocket.

Those will go perfectly on the new toy I am waiting on with probably a stardust

What is this in the picture you attached?
Something new and shiny that I've missed:)

I agree on the size and yes I think the comprise is worth it.
After years of carrying around a pack of cigarettes and a lighter everywhere I went, it's liberating to only carry one of these little guys with a super stealth size cartomizer and a 3ml bottle of juice in a little pocket pouch to be set for the day.
One thing I've really noticed as a guy, I had always tried to buy shirts that had a pocket so I had a convenient place to carry my cigarette packs. Now my shirt pockets are empty :)

Got one last week. They last longer than I thought they would. Mine went 4+ hours.
I tried it with a vision and found the 1.8 ohm worked best.
I ended up going back to a dual coil carto and that combo really works well for me.
The whole deal fits in my hand with just the tip of the drip tip sticking out. Great stealth vape unit.
I use my rebuildable visions on my Ego C Twist and my Vivi Nova on my VV box mod.

All they need to add is an ink pen style clip to the top cap for the shirt pocket!

There does seem to be some types of caps out there, but they are for specific cartomizers or specific tanks.
A simple eGo cone type cap that screwed on to cover the cartomizer with a pocket clip on it would be an excellent idea.
In an idea world, three lengths, one for shorty cartomizers, one for standard and one for xtra longs.... and of course in colors to match the eGo batteries. I don't think such a thing exists. If you can visualize this, has anyone ever seen one out there anywhere? :)
