I use clearos, and I like 'em... but then
a) I don't freight-train the things
b) 3.7v
c) lowest ohms I can find (2.4-2.6)

Not as hard-hitting as my 2.0 ohm soft tip cartos, but they're easy to clean and give a good, consistent flavor. Replace the rubber soft tip with a drip tip, and when the tank runs low it's great for dripping, what with the horizontal coil right up on top and exposed.

First the disclaimers:

I'm new to vaping.

With that said...

I've been using the Clearomizers since I got my GLV2 5V Thursday and I'm enjoying it (yes, that new) and not having a problem. I've seen where others are saying to not train vape them though, which I'm not. They put out enough for me to just take a quick few second puff on them that I don't need to go any longer. I actually am preferring them over the atty and carts because of this. I have to take a longer draw on the cartridges to get the same amount of vapor. I have the 3.2 ohm clearomizers, the only time they taste burnt is if I hit them too long or if I don't let them cool for few moments (just about 5 seconds or so) between hits, but I don't mind, it makes me slow down and not smoke it as much.

oh and I read somewhere it's not so much letting them cool as letting the wick catch up with the juice, but I'm not sure if that's the technical reason or not.

I had waited a bit to post to make sure I liked the clearomizer and knew a bit beofer posting... how come right after I post, that night my clearomizers started burning all my juices?

Not sure what's going on, but everything tastes burnt and I can't fix it. It's on every clearomizer, so it's like after using them for a couple days they give out and turn hot on the 5V and start burning everything. So sorry on the good review gone bad.

Well now Gotvapes has a new Bottom coil clearo they are selling (Which I ordered because I need to try everything new) And this seems a lot more promising! Bottom coil with a wick on the bottom of the tube the rest is juice! Reason I am thinking this will work now is due to the coils being on the bottom allows them to stay wet pretty much all the time. Will it be too wet to vape? I doubt it on the 5v =) Will let everyone know when they arrive!

Sorry for the month-old bump but that kinda got me off of the 5v glv. I use ego's now that are rated at 3.2 under load, and I absolutely love ce2's. This also saves me money in the long run because it means that I can get the 3.7v mini (when it's back in stock) and a full sized tube for that extra battery life. Thanks folks for clearing this up for me and saving me some money.
