I sent my IVP 70 watt to Asmodus 20 days ago. I did everything they asked like paid the $8 return ship fee, but now I can't find how to check on it or contact them. I tried to register on the site, but it asks for a retailer number on the registration form. There's no other info on their site anywhere. Will they send it back to me after they repair it? How long does it usually take? I have a notice that they received it from UPS, but I've never heard from Asmodus at all.
Anyone used Asmodus Repair Service?

I have no idea man. Hope someone comes along soon that's dealt with them. Only thing I can speculate on, is if it's anything like sending your cell phone away to be fixed, then 20 days is only the start of your wait.

Well, I thought I'd let you all know... Asmodus never contacted me in any way after I sent in my broken IVP mini, but they sent me a new one. Said they couldn't fix the one I sent in. That's nice. Have to say it's my favorite box mod and that's over my sigelei 150 watt. Who uses that much wattage anyway? I like the buttons on the IVP. No clicking and it seems to ramp up fast.
