There is a nice lemony note to that one. I've used it in recipes but not alone. I didn't go over 5% I don't think but there were other things in it. If I can find the recipe I'll let you know for sure.
I have some as a standalone at 15%. It's good, but any higher I believe would result in a rubbery taste. Seems like it could go well with a creamy banana touch added if you are into that, or strawberry note added seems like it would be nice as well.
