Anyone used LiteCigUSA before?

I'm wanting the innokin Ucan V2 and they have it, but I've never dealt with them before. They have the Ucan for $16.95, which seems to be the going price for it, but I don't know where they are, and don't want to order from China if I can help it. Last time I did that it took almost two months for my order to get here, and I would like the shipping to be as cheap as possible.

So, anyone dealt with them here?

Yes, I use LiteCigUSA for genuine joyetech products because that's what they deliver (they do carry some alternatives). They typically ship the same day if ordered the night before or early in the morning. I've had excellent service from them.

They're my regular go to vendor for most stuff. If I can get it from them I usually do. They ship out fast & have great CS.

I have placed 3-4 orders from litecig this year. Never had any problems. Always get my stuff quickly, usually ship the next day. They are located in PA.

I started out with the (Shawn) 4 years go when I ordered my first e-cig. It was the first site I ever ordered from and did so for years. Back then the site was very dependable and great customer service. Not sure if he sill gives out his cell but the fact that he made himself very available should be an indication of their professionalism. I haven't ordered from them in a long time but I wouldn't hesitate. I know he's big on genuine Joye products and not the imitations.

My only complaint is that their site seems to be less-frequently updated than other vendors. I've had two orders thus far that went through only to find out 24-48 hours later than they're out of stock and are issuing a refund.

Vendors should have automatic stock control on their site. It's a standard feature in pretty much every shopping cart software on the market, even pre-built shops like GoDaddy.

They are a trusted vendor here. They occassionally host US made LE big ticket item sales, such as the Ihybrid.
Not a bad site at all. Their review system is coded badly and the reviews for 1 product show on another's page.
They have OK customer service and good shipping time. Some items are priced as loss leaders, other r over priced.

I believe there is a ECF member discount, try googling for it. Most of the time for most sites, its just ecf10 for 10% off.

I also have them on my "go to" list. True story--

I ordered a bunch of accessories from them, including 6 new eroll tanks(cartridges). When I got my package, I noticed that they had sent me 6 boxes of 5! I will never use 30 of these things--so I emailed them to find out what I should do--I even offered to pay the extra if they did not want me to send them back. I didn't get a response for about a week, when an email came asking if anyone had responded to my request.

I said no, and repeated that they had overshipped my order and that I wanted to at least send them back. They never replied, so I'm still overstocked on these things. It's cool that they didn't seem to think it was a big enough deal, but I still feel a little guilty.
