After i vapour awhile, and leave it aside, the connection of the (tank)mouth piece to the device will have liquid droplets. when i remove the tank to have a look inside, the whole tank exterior will have the juice droplets around. is it normal? can anyone advice thk.

am i using it it the wrong way (assuming all connection is tight). or is the tank faulty or...

@ma17fred having liquid on the sides of the tank and inside the mouth piece is quite normal. It is caused by condensation of the hot vapourized juice on the cooler tank and sides of atty. You can try cleaning the tank and atty and drying them then insert a new tank full of liquid and leave over night without vaping. If you still see liquid everywhere the next morning then you have a leak
