I tried JC PG based sampler and found it to be less than desired. Vapor production was poor and all of the flavors had a orangy/rubbery taste. The Original and Tennessee were not too bad and wondered what the VG version was like. I ma thinking more vapor production here but wondered how it compared to some other VG based products others might be using. Thx

I have vaped a lot of johnson creek juice: both the original line and the vg based red oak line. Yes, some of it has a distinct taste of rubber. Mostly noticed it with the orig line, particularly the peach. Think the PG is more susceptible to this issue. Don't get me wrong, I love their juice, but its hard to vape something that tastes like an old tire. I didn't notice the taste at first, but I mistakenly stored several of my bottles on their sides with the droppers installed and the juice picked up the flavor of the rubber in the dropper bulb...YUCK! I contacted JC about the issue and they were super awesome about resolving my problems. They asked me what flavors/strengths this had happened to and rushed me a replacement order completely free of charge and without requiring me to return the original bottles. Kudos to JC customer service! The replacement bottle of orig smoke juice was fine, but the new peach still had an old tire taste...WT*?! And I'm positive its not from the dropper bulb this time. My suspicion is that the juice is exposed to rubber at some point in the manufacturing process and its picking up the flavor there, or maybe in a holding stage? I don't know. But ya, rubbery taste, definitely. Sure hope they get this issue worked out cause they do make some pretty tasty juice. Also be weary of some of the red oak flavors... bad atty cloggers (Swiss Dark is the worst one)

I vape their Red Oak Tennessee Cured almost exclusively, and I love it - I have never had any rubber flavor in any of my JC juices. I don't vape any PG as it doesn't agree with me, so I can't speak for the PG line, but the red oak vg tc produces huge clouds of vapor and I haven't had an issue yet with it ruining atty's either. I use mine for about three days run them through my ultrasonic cleaner, and let them dry. I cycle through 3 attys like this every few days, and I haven't killed one in months.

Got the VG sampler a few weeks back and hated it - this stuff just can't wick well (and it's not that thick...I have other all VG stuff that I can get to wick fine), and I have several different pieces of hardware I've tried it on....this after trying their PG stuff a few months ago, which was hit or miss as far as flavor.

I really wanted to like this stuff, but personally I think I'm done with them.
