Good afternoon everyone. Recently picked up a 19mm tank from ibtanked and am in love with it(bad luck with novas). I am a huge fan of aesthetics and am looking for something that would sit flush with this tank. Currently on a lavatube now that is nearing the end of its daily use for me and figured no better time than now....Any help/direction would be greatly appreciated.

Mine sits flush on my Provari mini but like Adeline said.. If carto is flanged there is a small gap. I bought a bunch of Ikenvape fusion prepunched (flanged) and have a gap but the performance is so outstanding on these cartos .. Doesn't bother me. Btw Ty Bad! I'm really loving my setup right now ( a lot of credit goes to you)

Re-reading how I described what I was looking for, I realized that I lack specifics(sue me, im a guy lol).

I guess more in the way that a Zap-Vari or a zen looks. One solid piece with no curves or lines. Just one straight piece of machined goodness. I have been looking around today and came to the conclusion that trying to find a mod that is 19mm isn't feasible due to batteries size restraints and such.

Still not clear what you inquiring about. You seem to be asking for mod recommendations that will look aesthetic with the IBTanks. I like the way the IBTanks look on a couple of my mods. They sit flush enough to my liking, and I'm using Ikenvape cartos that have a bit of a flange.

19mm IBTanks on a BB, Provari, and 25mm on a Silver Bullet.

So you are looking for a mod that is 19mm with a flat cap, or 19mm with a slant cap?

My Precise+ is 20mm with flat cap and 16mm with a slant cap. Poldiac is flat cap only and is 22mm. Provari is 19mm across the slant cap (as shown on the two Provari pictures Baditude posted above). The ZAP has a collar that extends down over the slant cap of the Provari, giving it the streamlined look (23mm).

Edit to Add: I don't think you are going to find a mod that takes the standard 18*** series batteries that is only 19mm diameter. At best you will find a mod that slants to 19mm (like the Provari) and you won't be streamlined top-to-bottom, but you will be flush with the slant cap (which is the conclusion you came to).

Thanks for the replies everyone!!!

You are correct that I am looking for a streamlined flat top device that would sit flush with the 19mm ibtanked tank. One solid line.

Win some, ya loose some. Performance out weighs the issues I was having with my Novas by a substantial shot. I don't think I have ever seen my lava tube dry.

I'm obsessive about fit too. I found and ordered the Temon specifically for the Precise+ with slant cap. I'm sad that the standard DID is 20mm and the Poldiac is 22mm. I searched and found gorgeous tanks from a French company (Titanide) that were 16mm to fit the Temon body and 20mm to fit the Precise+ with flat cap. And, yes, it bugs me that in this photo the tank isn't pushed all the way down on the P+. That gap shouldn't be there.

Glad I am not the only one that obsesses about such things too lol. Those are looking quite sexy, I must say.

The Gummy tank is/was 22mm. It was great because it was 5ml capacity but took a standard carto. I had 2 but they were too wide for my devices so I sold them to a friend for his (giant) Silver Bullet. It now looks like the vendor that sold them is no longer (ergo the "was") - vapor-age.com. I was lucky that I got in there right before the website when down and both the Gummy and the Depth Charge tanks were half price.

This post has inspired me to buy one Gummy back as it will be a flush fit the with Poldiac. Yay! My friend doesn't use the SB as much anymore so he agreed.

Sorry if this is a hijack, but I was wondering if you had any problem with airflow when you sat the tank flush on the Mini. I have a standard Provari and when I set my tanks up to sit flush I can't get any draw. :(

I've seen a slim or thin adaptor that has wide slits machined in it made particularly for this issue, but I don't recall what vendor(s) sell it. Just know they are out there.

I've just taken to sitting the tank a little higher on the carto. Leaves a slight gap and works fine. Just wondered if maybe the Mini's top cap was a little different from the standard's.

It's very unlikely there will be an 18xxx device that is the same diameter as the 19mm tanks. 18xxx batteries are generally 18mm in diameter, which means the device would have to have a wall thickness of less than half a millimeter and that doesn't include the additional thickness needed to machine threads into the tube. In short, it won't happen.

A 16xxx powered device could most definitely be made to fit a 19mm tank, but AFAIK such a thin 16xxx powered device doesn't exist.

You might have better luck getting the larger diameter tanks and finding something that will fit that.

I know exactly where you are coming from. Diameters that randomly change at different sections on the device, things sticking out, lack of symmetry, these things bug the hell out of me when it comes to PVs. I made a thread in the eGo section a few days ago trying to find specific eGo batteries, because the majority of ego batteries have a smaller diameter ring where the button is located. I wanted the ego batteries (Rivas I guess) where the ego battery is 100% the same exact diameter the entire way up to the 510 connection.

I wish more tanks were made to fit specific devices. I love how the ZAP has the skirt that fits seamlessly with the Provari. It would be cool to have something that had skirting to fit a zmax, or that was the same diameter as a Vamo. I'm getting so incredibly picky about form these days that I honestly don't see myself purchasing anymore new hardware until I find something that doesn't upset my OCD.
