Best battery to match up with a 19mm tank

Hi all...

Well, I'm a tad strange on eCigs.... Non-smoker, but enjoy hookas now and then...

Looking to get my first setup and I am looking to go with a ibTanked 19mm XL or a 19mm Viva Nova...

I was looking at the eGo Twist, but is there something equal or better that matches the 19mm tanks?

Right now I am using a Blu 100 battery and cart, but refilled with vanilla-cinnamon from zeecigs... Tasty...

19mm is quite tricky. A Twist with an eGo thread cover cone is probably your best bet.

Here it is on an Ego Twist 1000mah without the thread cover. A bit top-heavy, but it works.

You might want to look at a 1300 mAh Spinner. I think it's a tad wider than the Twist, and certainly easier to read the settings.
A short cone works well to smooth it out.

Was looking at the price of those... 150-200 bucks? Ouch... Not wanting to skimp, but the eGo twist is what $30 or so? That is a big jump...
