Just put dry carto on the Reo squonk and use its the easiest and it works great. I don't like Cartos much but do use some. As far as atties go blow them out into a tissue before use. It really doesn't matter which end u blow from I've done both ways with no difference. Then attach squonk and vape. Enjoy your hassle free Reo vaping
