Anyvape CVI Problems

Hello,
I just received an Anyvape CVI and am hoping someone here can help me. I can get the device to turn on, change the settings, etc. When I attach my tank (it is a U-DCT with a 510 carto) I get one puff and then it shuts off. I have tried several batteries (IMR 18650 button top, IMR 18650 flat top, IMR 18350 button top, and 18350 flat top). I have the same problem with all batteries which leads me to believe it is not a battery problem. I have tried several different cartos and it always shuts off after one puff. I have to remove the battery and turn on again to just get that one puff (kinda funny at this point). Any suggestions?

CVI has skills - what does it read for OHM's on a problem device?

Have you cleaned all the Battery contact points with Alcohol or anything yet?

Normally a refusal to fire is Coil short. A turn off is indicative of a battery issue. (Battery or contacts)

Have you exceeded the Amp level?

Ok. So I was feeling lucky and hoped that posting would magically make it work. And it did. I had everything cleaned and it was reading my 2 ohm carto as 2 ohm. I had it set to 4 volts. I took it apart again and slightly pushed upward on the white plastic ring surrounding the center post on the battery end and it has been firing ever since. Thank you for the feedback and I will post back if I encounter anymore problems.
