Anywhere to buy a starter kit in Connecticut?

Brand new here, home for the summer and I want to buy a starter kit in stores somewhere. I'm currently living with my parents so it'd be risky to order online. Does anybody know of anywhere in Connecticut I could pick one up for not a ridiculously high price?

How old are you?? I can't imagine why your parents would not approve of finding a proven safer way to fuel your nicotine adddiction. Maybe sit down and have an educated conversation with your parents about dealing with your addiction. I have not found reliable retail suppliers in my travels.
