Hi there, I was wondering if any of you have tried/checked out the Apocalypse Power Station? (http://www.vaporbeast.com/Apocalypse-Power-Station-PV-p/sk29.htm)
I travel a lot for work and really like the idea of not having to recharge for days at a time. It also seems like it'd be really handy for camping as well.

There have been lots of these type of mods over the years from the original which I think was the FistPack to the newer more purpose built ones like the Vapros v1, Tmax, and MVP. Though the TMax and MVP are more purposed towards vaping, I've never seen a good implementation when they have taken a charging station and tried to make a mod out of it. The biggest thing is that since most USB devices, phones etc, are built to take a low amp draw and thats why the batteries can have such a high capacity. Even the new USB 3.0 battery charging spec is limited to 1.5 amps, while USB 1.0 was 190 milliamps and USB 2.0 was 500 milliamps IIRC. The battery packs are just not designed to draw the kind of current you need to vape. Of course you can use a board to boost the output but thats more of a bandaid IMO.
