On Jan. 17, 2013, I e-mailed Apollo rep. Ashley that my V-tube mini was no longer working. She said to return it, so I did.
She e-mailed me on the 28th that they were out of stock, and offered a full size V-tube as a replacement, and would exchange the mini batteries for full size batteries. I asked if I could just get credit for the kit and the 2 extra batts. She said that I could, just return all of the contents that came with the kit, even used items. Sounds great, right?
On the 14th of Feb. I sent her a tracking number. I see my credit on their site for around $34. A far cry below the $79.99 I paid for the kit and $10.00 for each battery. She told me that used and damaged items were not issued credit. I said that the only reason I returned the atomizer and drip tips were at her direction.
On the 28th of Feb, she stated that NO batteries were included in the return, to which I responded that 3 batteries were included; 1 for the kit, and 2 extras purchased, giving order numbers for each. On March 7th, she responded that the batteries were returned but not the original V-tube mini. WHAT? I sent her an e-mail saying that I returned that on the 28th of Jan. Now, she has sent me an e-mail saying:
"I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding and would be glad to ship out a replacement.
We only have Chrome Vtubes in stock, and will only being carrying this model for our Vtubes.

Would this be okay?"

:mad:Really? Just give my credit for the items without making me run around in circles, PLEASE!
