Man, I've been trying to nail down a juice for a couple months now, just can't get it...they musta been usin that magic juju on it.
The only diy juice I've made is naturally extracted tobaccos (NETs). Every one I've brewed has been awesome and they all make great ADVs. They're stupid easy to make too. Vaping "Organically Grown American Spirit" right now......

I feel your pain, Red. I've got severe ADHD which causes frequent insomnia. Idk how you feel about otc sleep aids, but I've got a bottle of Equate PM pain relievers that I save for those nights, I take three of them and an hour and a half later I'm snoozing.
Where's the Vape?
Usually 4 generic benadryl every night. Have been down the road with herbal, natural, prescription...lol...
Lol I was thinking about mentioning benadryl too. Usually if I absolutely NEED a good night's sleep, I'll take two of those a couple hours before and I'll only need the recommended two pm pills.

There are some that are so hard to remake! It took me about a year to figure out the only flavor I ever wanted to remake. Lol It seemed so simple....maple pecan...I figured ya mix maple and pecan...I was wrong! Haha
Well there's more to it than that. Being ADHD and not having to use Ritalin or whatever it is now, I've learned how to pretty much shut my mind off which in and of itself isn't as quick as it may sound. It's corny, but have you tried meditation?

Yup. Doesn't help that I have a senior dog and a hubby with sleep apnea. And I rarely go into deep sleep. I'm a mess!
I can't even begin to express how much I'm bummin for you right now. That seriously sucks! I'm a light sleeper too, thanks to.. We'll just say life. Aaaand until we're in our own place, guess who gets to share the basement with someone who can't seem to stay still while asleep (who ironically is on the bed that creeks), and one that's a sleep talker with argumentative tendencies? Lol, I feel your pain, sister.

At least hubby doesn't talk in his sleep. Occasionally, Max will jump up and wake me up, but not too often. I'd love 12 hours in a cold, sensory deprivation chamber!
My do that all the time, especially if somebody does laundry and leaves the window open. Mulisha's like me, he's just being an ...... half the time, but usually when Dixie jumps up it's immediately followed by me grabbing the Mossberg and doing a perimeter check.

my problem isn't so much staying asleep....its getting there.
The maple pecan has 4 flavors it needs. I was new to diy when I first started trying to "decipher" it....and the vendor did not give any hint at all of what was in it besides the title, maple pecan. Lol I laughed pretty hard when I was all pumped after getting maple syrup and pecan flavorings mixed together thinking it was gonna be it! Lmao
Strawberry, banana, pineapple, coconut and cotton candy. I'm gonna crack it!
Funny thing is, I don't taste strawberry at all!
