From what I understand, the original plans of the FDA was that while manufacturers were to be given the two year grace period to get their stuff approved, "flavored" juices would only be given the 60 days so that by August, if the flavors were not approved by the FDA, they would not be able to be sold until they had received approval. This was all done "for the kids" because obviously only kids like flavored vapes. When the final rules made it through the OMB, the restriction on flavors were stripped out.

Just got the boys quiet again...some idjit about 4 houses down on the other side of the street lit off one single firework that rattled windows 8 doors away and filled the street with smoke. Scared the bajeezus out of the whole street!

I think that's genetic...lol...im more of a vodka/tequila girl. I have been known to enjoy a few froufrou drinks, too!
