That's horrible!!!!! There is a Change.org petition right now that is addressing this very issue (see link in my signature). The government should not have the right to do something so all-inclusive and this crap needs to STOP. The more states that pass these idiotic laws the harder it will be to get them reversed. It's sickening.
I have one of those. It leaked a little at first but I still have the original coil in it (a couple of months of intermittent use). I got it because it's tiny and I thought I could use it for testing juice but for a tiny tank it takes forever to empty, lol.
I believe that might be the issue with mine. I vape 80/20 vg/pg and I think the liquid is too thick for it. I really don't care for how you have to fill them, either. I always end up with juice down the middle.That or my style/liquid does not fit it well. There is such a thing as having a tank or device that just does not match up well with the user.
I know it. We are facing the same thing in Washington. We do have one senator who has vowed to fight for us, though. He believes that vaping is saving lives and should NOT be classified as a tobacco product. I can't believe that California bill was so all-inclusive!!! How on earth are they even going to regulate that? "Flashlight parts" can look like anything, lol.
The tank itself is nice. It is the coils I have issues with. So far they have been less than stellar for my style of use.
Definitely! If it's really "for the children" then why are there cotton-candy flavored vodkas and whatnot. If they want to do a regulation of this kind, why they just don't say "WE WANT MORE MONEY FROM YOU!" instead of using "For the children" which eventually becomes an adult and do whatever they want... I don't think is fair that we are getting this because of bad parenting...
I use a drinking straw that has been cut in half lengthwise and pour the juice into the "trough" that is inserted into the slot to fill. Works every time.
