Hookie (our lab) must be having one heck of a happy puppy dream His paws were moving like he was running and his tail was wagging!

We took my ex-sis-in-law's Lab, Thumper, when she went into Section 8 housing and couldn't keep him. A sweeter dog I never knew. You know how most dogs will whine and growl or yip in their sleep while their paws are twitching madly, like they're either chasing something or fighting something? Thumper never did that. He wagged his tail in his sleep. That's why we called him Thumper. He'd be out flat on the floor, sound asleep, and then his tail would start thumping the floor. NOBODY was his enemy! LOL! He was just one big friendly dog. I miss him a lot.

They do look like cats in that pic! I swear Lannie isn't just seeing things. Seriously! LOL

THANK you! LOL! I'm so glad it's not just me that sees cats!

Awww :) That is Hookie! too. He loves everyone and everything.. We have some wild rabbits in our yard he does not ever try to chase them. As a matter of fact the rabbits are not even afraid of him. They will come out of the woods while we are walking him and he can walk right by them and they do not run away.

Our big, fearless male Pyr, Jasper, is the same way. I try and try to get him to chase the bunnies off (they eat my garden), and he's finally gotten to the point where he'll do the "lion stalk" thing at them, but as soon as they run, he lets them go. Our cats, now, are a different story. He'll chase them, but as soon as they turn around to face him, he cries like a little girl and skitters away! I think he must have got a claw in his nose at one point, and he's skeered o' them bad ol' cats now!

I think y'all have been in the sun too long...lol

I knew they were dogs so that is what I saw but I went back and looked after everyone thought cats..and I can see why they thought that.
Pictures do not always show perspective of size well. I did not even notice theywere on a mattress until you pointed it out.
That does put it in perspective LOLOL :)

I think your're exactly right. The perspective of the pic makes them look so much smaller. You think 'mattress' and you're like oh wow, no way those could be cats!

We have a pet bunny who resides in a cage on our screened porch. Our manx loves him. He will lay next to the cage and put his nose to the bunnies. Or put his paw in thecage and pet the bunny. NO claws... just puts his paw in there. If Buttons was afraid he could go to the other side of his cage where the cat could not reach him... but he does not ..if anything he hops over when the cats goes near his cage.

That's funny. My cats and my hamster and gerbils all get along just fine! My cats will lay on top of their cages and even stick their paws in. The little critters could care less, don't even shy away from their paws.

Max doesn't fit on dog beds.....lmaooo... So the boys got an old mattress to patrol the front yard when we bought the house. All 3 of them started to shred it...I put a patch over the hole and put their purple blankie over the top, they removed blankie and patch and have kept pulling stuffing out. For size comparison...Blizz is a large Husky at just over 70 lbs. Max is...well, let's just say there's a reason we call him The Beast.

That is cute :)

MeepBoop our manx was 5 weeks old when we brought him home and we already had bunnies, so he has been raised with them. (We had 3 but two were older and have since passed)
